We took our daughters clarinet in to get a recork told it would cost $45 and a take a couple of days. Two weeks later we are charged over $90. With no additional work being done and no details to why charges we changed. They only wort on a piece of paper like a third grader. This place is unprofessional and borderline fraudulent. I wish I read the reviews before I came. Don't make the same mistake I did. Horrible service and misleading information is all you will receive. The salesman lied so much he couldn't even keep track. He said our minimum charge is $30 then when he seen how much he changed me he said it was $60. I can't believe a place like this is still in business.

Neil is very unprofessional. I turned in a rental instrument to him. He gave me a business card with his signature as a receipt. Now I'm in collections for that instrument. I contacted Neil to see about getting a proper receipt. He refused to help me, hung up the phone on me. Then told me I was not allowed in his store or he would call the police. Buyers and renters beware. This guy is running some kind of scam. Do not rent any instrument from this store. I filed a complaint with the bbb. And I have contacted the police.

I'm genuinely not sure how this place it still in business. High prices, dirty store, unhelpful staff bad teacher, and a small selection. The company mishandled their rentals so badly that they lost their contract with the rental company, Music and Arts. I was told the place was bad by some local music teachers but I had to experience it for myself. Just go to Front Porch Music or Guitar Center.

We've enjoyed our experience at Rosedale Music. My daughter enjoys her weekly lesson with Mason, and all the staff have been very friendly and helpful. Plus their dog is awesome

Worst music store ever. The lady knows nothing or very little about anything in the store. It's always dark and I'm the only customer every time I go in there. I wish they were better because they are so much closer to my house than GC.There prices are OUTRAGEOUSLY high. I would never buy anything worth more than $10 there. I don't know how they are still in business, really

Prices for Elixir strings are 30% higher than other local stores.I looked at picks. Thumb picks were $2.25 each, and the horn picks in the box were not for sale. They belonged to the owned who was storing them with other for sale items.Place is generally empty of customers when I walk in. Staff is extremely friendly, but not overly helpful. Once I watched a teacher play blazing fast scales for a student. The teacher was showing off and not at all helpful for the kid taking lessons.

Prices are a little high but not too bad. You can deal here. The piano lessons are second to none. My child has grown here more than any other place as far as lessons go. 5 stars for lessons

I went in this store a couple days ago to get reeds for my son and the store was clean and rearranged from prior visits. Last time I was in there it was very dark dusty and kinda creepy. The ppll were nice and very helpful. A little pricey but convenient little store.

I've come to music lessons for about a year and a half at Rosedale Music. I didn't think I would be very successful learning guitar at an older age. But I get some complements when I play Johnny Cash. My teacher Neil is very patient. I've been very happy with the guitar I bought here and the service. Also they are dog friendly. Sometimes my teacher brings his dog Gibson. He catches tennis balls w his paws.

I walked in here, hoping to see about lessons for my son. It was like walking into twilight zone. There was NO ONE there. My son and I were yelling "hello". After about 5 minutes of waiting for someone to show up, we gave up and left. Will not come back.
