In our lobby we have a TV as well as couches for you to relax while you wait for your vehicle or estimate.
This is our beverage station. Customers can enjoy a cold water, a hot coffee and/or tea.

I was so happy with this place. I had a little accident and I had my car taken to this shop suggested by my insurance company. I met with Daren on the 1st day. He gave the estimate and ordered parts he was so kind. Everything was done with great professionalism I was so very pleased with my experience. My car was repaired quickly and it looks perfect. I would highly recommend this place. I like everything about my experience here. I loved the desks in the office a cool touch. So if you need collision repair check this place out. For me they went above anything even contacting my insurance company when there was a misunderstanding, to protect my interest. So great job done and thank you Daren for all you did for me, I am a very happy customer. I plan on recommending you to all I know when they are in need

If at all possible, I will give this cool place all of my future business. No appointment was needed to get an estimate, and it was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than all others that I visited in the area! They take pride in their work and their image. You won't see a junkyard when you pull into their spacious lot, and the showroom is something to write home about...Does anybody write home anymore or do they just tap on their phones? My drivers side door had damage from another party, which was really very minimal, but I wanted it repaired for cosmetic purposes. Rosedale Collision was on my insurance companies list of body shops, so, I chose to go with this company. And it was conveniently around the corner from my work. I dropped my car off on a Friday morning, and picked up my rental car shortly after. I was told by Darrin it would be ready the next day. Huh?! Far from the truth. Not only was it not ready the next day, nor the following week, it literally took two weeks. The lack of communication is an understatement. If I hadn't called every few days to check on the status, I would not have been kept in the loop. By the way, the ladies in the office were pleasant. However, when I picked up my car, I was in a hurry, as I live in Tehachapi, and just wanted to get home. My fault for not looking it over prior to leaving, as there were many issues. First, my exterior mirrors can be closed electronically by a push of a button. Someone at the body shop moved the drivers side mirror out of alignment. When you lock the doors, the mirrors close. In doing so, the driver's side rubbed against my door, scratching my new paint. Then I noticed a gash in the interior door handle, which wasn't there before. The paint is spotty and rough on the edge of the door and it wasn't like that before. And I had to scrape and clean tape residue off of my car on the interior of my windows. I did not bother to call them back, nor complete a review as requested from an email from Rosedale Collision. I cannot be without a vehicle, as I commute. My final comment, be cautious and do not always select whom your insurance suggest when selecting a body shop.

10/10 This place is amazing! I brought my truck here after doing some serious shopping around (this was the second time I got hit and my first experience with an auto body shop was a horrible one). This place restored my faith. I had been rear ended (for a second time, lucky me) and I went to ten or twelve different places and every one of them said I needed to replace the entire frame and that it would run me around $14,000 after everything was said and done. I kept shopping and I found Rosedale Collision Center. They were able to bend the frame back without completely replacing it and saved me over $10,000. I had my vehicle back in less than a week. They are professional and friendly. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do this will be my first stop.

This place is Unprofessional and completely ridiculous! My car was supposed to be fixed in a timely manner. Instead they had me drop off my car they gave me an estimate of 11 days but my car has now been in the shop for a MONTH. WITH NO UPDATES, I CALL AND THEY NEVER ANSWER. I WENT IN AND THEY JUST DISMISSED ME AND DIDN'T even give me a proper ANSWER. I call and NO ONE RETURNS MY CALL. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS is THIS? seems like they just want to collect a fast insurance check! They treat their customers like complete garbage! Can't give a straight answer and just lie and lie saying my car should be done " today " or tomorrow.. when in reality it's already been a month and a week.. but who's counting. Ridiculous. Please take your car somewhere else. I promise wherever YOU END UP GOING YOU'LL END UP GETTING TREATED BETTER THAN THIS. They don't even deserve one star.

The absolute worst experience I ever had was going to this low rate rediculus excuse of a body shop. 2013 Cadillac CTS Coupe. My car was hit parked Infront of my house. Thankfully I was home so the guy couldn't just drive away. His insurance claimed 100 percent liability so they were fitting the bill for repairs. Called a few body shops in town but none were able to get me in for a few weeks. Called Rosedale Collision and they said they could get me in right away. I should have known better. They could get me in but not actually do anything for weeks. And had to keep ordering more stuff and more weeks in between waiting on parts.From the insurance estimate said repairs should take 24 days. Ended up taking almost three months. They Ordered the wrong size rim and knew it and still put it on. I'll give them a little credit, at least they told me it was the wrong rim but instead of taking care of it, I had to handle it with the insurance company to get the right rim ordered. The driver side rocker panel was hanging off the car when it was towed into there shop. Obviously there was something broken but instead of ordering one right away they installed the driver rear quarter panel and did the other repairs and painted. Now everybody knows it's difficult to match a three stage pearl paint to oem so I don't get why in the hell they would paint everything before ordering and installing the new rocker panel/side skirt and then have to paint again once it was installed. Because there's an obvious contrast now between the two. They did an alright job with the paint on the quarter panel and door but the rocker looks like complete ass, dull and alot darker than the rest of the car. And they will not fix it. So I'm stuck with having to pay over 2 grand for another shop to spray the whole side of the car so the paint matches because nobody will just paint the rocker because it won't match. It's absolute fraud in my opinion. I wouldn't take a freaking skateboard to get repairs done at that shop!
