Not long ago I decided I was through using my car brand dealership for repairs. When I was growing up, my dad repaired nearly everything on our cars and the few things he needed help with, he turned to Rosedale Automotive, so I decided to give them a try. My engine light was on and that seemed a good reason to ask for help. I was able to make an appointment the following day and all was taken care of within 3 days and a lot of good/clear communication. I'm never certain about what constitutes good value. Car repairs cost money, but everything charged was clearly communicated and I appreciate their expertise. My car runs well and they took time to explain what was going on and what I could expect for the future of the car and gave advice of proper future care. I don't think I could have asked for more.

I just can't say enough good things about this business. The people are friendly. They're honest they help me in so many different situations with my vehicles even when I go in and think I needed something fixed like my brakes instead of them doing it and charging me they would let me know I didn't need it done. I would highly recommend them.

My car broke down and I needed to have my cooling fan replaced. they charged $140 for the diagnostic then quoted me an $800 invoice for the work that needed to be done. At home, back in Delano, zaragoza automotive did the work for $90.00. That's f'd up.

Let's face it: just about all of us have been in need of a trustworthy mechanic. Car work is not my forte. A person I knew suggested I take my car to Rosedale Automotive. Honesty is everything to me. When I had issue with my steering after a recent visit (which came to me as unusual , but considering the age of my car was not all surprising) the team here took accountability without me even asking. There was no finger pointing, just ownership of a mistake. Not being that knowledgeable about cars, they would have gotten away with charging me for it. I gained confidence in the people I worked with. There is no greater comfort knowing that I found a reliable team. These are good people to work with, and I can vouch for their work.

DO NOT GO HERE! This place is the biggest rip-off in Bakersfield. They charge you double the price and not trust worthy!All the people that wrote the previous reviews are family members or friends of owners.

Awesome customer service & repair service!!!!! Would definitely recommend this automotive business. They fixed my vehicle within a day of taking it in to get fixed.

I took my truck to Rosedale Automotive to get the trailer brake service warning fixed, the wiper sprayer's fixed, and the oil changed. They didn't have any luck with the trailer brake service warning, but they did the other two items. When I picked up my truck the last time they gave me a refund check in an envelope that I assumed would be the total that I paid them the first time minus the washer repair and the oil change. When I open the envelope it was for the full amount. They went above and beyond. Now I have to figure out a way to pay them for what they did do. Outstanding business!!!

Rosedale Automotive is the BEST! I have taken my cars to them whenever I need, (or think I need) a repair done and they have ALWAYS been the most professional and honest shop around.
