I go here for all my repairs quick and reasonable got multiple quotes for tires through dealer all the way to small shops Roscoe's prices were unbeatable for a big name brand tire aswell that no one else had in stock but they did they will do anything you ask if it's reasonable

I was extremely pleased with the staff at ROSCOE'S, I went in and told them I wanted a new tire, the one I was driving on had a slow leak, the young man asked if the tire had been checked for leaks, I said no, he said ,well let check it out first, they took the tire off and found a very small nail, they fixed it, put the tire back on and boom fixed tire, 12.50 compared to 200.00, awesome, anyone else probably would have just said, yes mam, we'll get that new tire on in a jiff, Thanks ROSCOE'S

We were traveling through Porterville and had stayed the night there. When we got in the car that morning I saw we had a flat. The service man diagnosed the problem as a bad valve. It turned out at least one other valve was bad so he replaced them. I was worried about the tire having been flat but he assured me that it is in good shape, thus losing the chance to sell me a tire I didn't need- honest of him. The whole process was a fraction of the cost I've had for similar work elsewhere.

The only place in town that had the correct tool to service us! Quick, well done service & extremely friendly staff! Would highly recommend.

This shop is under new management and it shows, my early 2000s camper van broke down passing through Porterville and my brakes went out on me which is never what you want, especially during a 93 degree heat wave! After calling around town bright and early on Friday morning and getting several "do you want an appointment mid to late next week?" I called Roscoes and even though they were slammed, Carlos said he could try to squeeze me in. Though they weren't able to get to me that day, the guys spent all day Saturday fixing my home on wheels and got me out of there as soon as they could with fair and honest work. Michael was incredibly kind on the phone, answered all of my questions, and was direct and honest when the work was delayed which is totally understandable considering the state of the world. When it was time to pick up the van, I sat in the lobby for a bit and watched him treat his customers and team with a level of kindness, respect and humor that I haven't seen often at an auto shop especially right now. Thanks for the help, y'all!

Horrible shop they keep posting on carfax of my truck being serviced and altering the mileage of my truck, i live in southern california and never been to this location ever! called numerous times to solve this issue and i get asked for my truck licence plate info and they post once again even more mileage on the carfax, this is an ongoing matter that started in August of 2021 and they have not corrected after numerous calls. This place is a Fraud I own and operate a Tire Shop as well in Riverside Ca. we do not conduct Fraudulent information if theres someone reading this i would like for u to reach out and solve this matter

Have been a customer for years and always had great service and reasonable prices. Recently had an issue after an oil change (bad filter gasket) that was quickly rectified without hesitation. They also went above and beyond ensuring my car was in better condition then when I left it. Definitely recommend!!
