Ron's Speedy Rooter & Plumbing Repair

Well I have been going through this sewer problem ever since we moved into this new home . I was fixing it by using baking soda and vinegar but that stopped working this morning and Ron, speedy Rooter & Plumbing saved us . They are very professional and tell you upfront the charges . Brady is a very smart kid who loves fixing bad sewer. I will use them again if need too ( hopefully not soon lol)

Update: It's been 1.5 weeks since Ron's first visit. He came back to install a beautiful toilet. He did the job quickly and even fixed a sprinkler issue with zero charge! Businesses like this just don't exist anymore. Very pleased and told everyone I know, to use this company. ~---So pleased with this company!Around midnight, I noticed our guest bathroom-toilet was really leaking heavily, both around the base and dripping from the tank. It had a leak, off and on, for months -- but miraculously stopped for awhile. Figured it was fine - until it wasn't! The water was seeping out and I worried about our floors.Called and Brenda, the very pleasant office staffer, helped me right away. I took half a day off work, thinking I'd have to wait around for hours. But literally within 45 minutes (!) of my call, Brenda called me back to say Ron was on his way!Ron arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem, fixing it in around an hour. His pricing was very fair - I was quite pleased. He is a pleasant man and very professional - he knew the diagnosis right away and went to work.Please consider this company for your needs. They service so many things - even sprinklers!

Costco told me they couldn't install my dishwasher due to difficulty with my shut off valve not working. Called Ron, he was here in less than one house and got the job done. Amazing speedy service, highly recommend

I called Ron's last night when my wife mentioned that something in our kitchen smelled really bad. I thought maybe something got left in the sink too long but no that wasn't it. I checked the garbage disposal and it was working fine so I decided to just load the dishwasher and run it in case it was something in the sink I was missing. We don't go through a great deal of dishes so I usually rinse off dishes until I have enough for a dishwasher load or just hand wash so it had been about 8 days since the dishwasher last ran. Opened it up and found the source of the smell, standing water just sitting in the bottom of the dishwasher, it didn't drain last time and I didn't notice. I couldn't take the smell and couldn't figure out what was wrong so I called Ron's and spoke to Ken. He told me he could come out that night and fix it no issues. He took my address and came over. The work itself was well done, Ken explained the issue and showed me what caused it and how he fixed it. He also fixed a pipe issue under the sink and caulked my sink because it was loose. I am completely satisfied with Ken's work I want to make that clear, he did great work. The reason for the loss of stars is for what I felt was kind of shady about the price. Ken didn't mention anything about a service fee or a quote or anything. It wasn't until he was at my house, under the sink looking at the pipes that he tells me "oh I forgot to mention it's Sunday night so it's time and a half with a 2 hour minimum." The total for the work came out to over $300....holy crap. I didn't like that he waited until he was on-site and already starting to tell me that, I think I might have suffered through the night and waited until today if he had filled me in on that detail from the start instead of sliding it in there once the work had started.

I really wanted to give Ron's Speedy Rooter 5 stars due to a bigger project they had done for us in the past but my experience today was unfortunate. We were estimated a small garbage disposal unit replacement usually goes for 250-350, so we set an appt to have ours replaced. When the plumber came out the quote increased drastically to 450. The product used was also inferior to what was being quoted at the beginning of the job (said they were installing a Badger 5 but saw once completed it was a Badger 1). If I didn't notice it they wouldn't have even known. After pointing out that the wrong product was used the price was dropped 5 dollars, which honestly seemed kind of offensive. Own your mistakes and charge a fair price and you may build a loyal customer base. Very disappointed this go around. Only reason for 2 stars is because of the friendly personalities and previous work done. Sadly we will have to call around for future plumbing work.

We had a potted plant that had developed roots and wrapped itself around the soil of the irrigation pipes in the back yard along the fence line. Didn't know when the plant was pulled up that the water pipes would burst yesterday. :) Called Ron's Speedy Rooter service this morning 24 Feb 25 and they were out within an hour. Joey replaced the pipes in a very short time. What we paid and how he fixed the pipe was awesome actually. Professional, fast, affordable. Caring people. You can't beat this kind of service. We needed plumbing irrigation and Ron's is the best. Definitely recommend them and will call them again.

Great quality service came out on a Saturday to snake our main drain. Took all of 15 minutes reasonably priced super professional will definitely be using them again and would recommend. Our regular plumber charges that much just to come out looks like I'll be switching.

Ron's Plumbing are the best. They are honest, and they do not overcharge. I had to call them for an emergency situation, and Jeff was there in less than an hour. He did a fantastic job of fixing the situation, and explaining why there was a problem.

Ron is the most rude, inconsiderate and egotistical person who portrays to be a skilled tradesman. He showed up 24 hours late, then arrived with a horrendous attitude and offered no explanation other than 'I'm tired and don't need more work.'. Then, when walking off the job, you said, 'Don't ask me, you need a better plumber.'It will be my mission in life to make this company go out of business. You left us with no plumbing repair, no solution and the problem you said you could fix, is now going to cost me more to have a real skilled tradesman, come out and fix what you couldn't.Be ashamed of yourself. You treat people so very badly, that I cannot wait to see you homeless and destitute. Do not hire this company, they fix nothing and blame the customer for it.
