The ordering process was straightforward, and the pricing was reasonable. I sent flowers to my mother for her birthday, and they were absolutely beautiful. The woman who assisted me provided excellent communication, and the delivery was punctual.

Had the most beautiful arrangement delivered yesterday! It put the biggest smile on my face, what a huge surprise!!! The long stem roses were so big, freshly cut and smelled exquisite, the calla lilies were an added bonus, all my favorites! Thank you for making this special order it definitely made my day. Your staff always takes their time and goes above and beyond to each order.

What I ordered vs what I received. Not exactly what I was expecting but still beautiful considering I ordered the night before día de las madres and it was delivered that afternoon. My mom was surprised and happy.

I placed an order at 5 am to be delivered and they claim the recipient was gone. My request was for 10am delivery, they arrived by 12pm. I requested to deliver to my home, they never showed. Kept getting excuses. This was a Valentines present ahead of time, now it's ruined.

This is second time I have received sub-quality flowers. First one was Mothers' day a year ago and second recently. I didn't complain first time. The flowers on first one were miniatures picked from back yard, instead of an expensive bouquet that my son choose online from out of state. This time the yellow roses all the edges rotted in 3 days while one pink rose was still fresh still attached photo. I received 6 different stores bouquets this time and all are lasting more than a week with care we give but not from this store! I had recommended this local store to my family when sending flowers but shall not do that anymore.I would discourage anyone ordering from this store.

I needed yellow roses for a funeral, Robert Florist personnel were great. They were compassionate and helpful and the flowers are ready on time and fresh. We will use them again for our flower needs.

Once again I've visited this amazing place and they more than deliver!! I went to get a corsage for my son's date for homecoming and Lydia helped me. She gave me my order, which was absolutely beautiful, the rose sparkled, and the ribbon is absolutely gorgeous! Lydia is always so nice and friendly and she puts a lot of care and thought into her work. She handles each order delicately and it shows!! I can't wait for my wedding in June! Robert's Florist will be handling all my floral decor!!
