Rented from them two times. Friendly staff. Clean tables and chairs, heaters worked as they should will full tanks. On time drop off and pick up. Very affordable pricing.

I'm so happy I found this rental company. Not only were they the most affordable, they were friendly and on time. Owner was very responsive with text communications and had great quality products. All of my guests loved the whole set up. They kept telling me, how beautiful the draping was.The team was quick with set up and take down. I highly recommend them. I can't say enough good things about Rivera Party Rentals.

If you don't want to fulfill an order then you should let your customers know instead of blocking or completely ignoring phone calls/text a few days leading to into an event. I had ordered cocktails tables with covers that were confirmed to be delivered on April 9th but no one showed up or bothered to cancel. I had no time to make other arrangements. I would NOT recommend this vendor to anyone that has a small order.

Zuri and his team were AH-MAZING! His price was so reasonable for what was being given! Fast and professional, beautiful setup...it was a dream come true for our special event. Mind you this was in the beginning of the year but I've been looking for them to write this review and recommend them and commend them for a fabulous job done! Can't wait to book them for our next event!

Great experience! Super communicative and easy to book with. I love that they come set everything up the day before your event, it makes things stress free. Their prices are super affordable which is also a plus! I will definitely be booking with them again!

We hired Rivera's Party Rentals for my 40th Birthday party this past weekend and they did such an amazing job! Their tents were decorated beautifully with drapes and chandeliers. I got so many compliments about how nice it looked. Their prices are very good as well. I called multiple places before them and by far they have the best prices in town. I would highly recommend. We will definitely be using them for future events. Thank you Zuri and your team for making my birthday party so memorable and beautiful!

I had found Rivera's party supply on offer up texted them like a week before my small gathering inquiring about a jumper, tables and chairs. I specifically asked about a LOL themed jumper and sure enough they had it !!!!!!! Even booking them last minute they came through. Extremely professional. They were on time the day they delivered, even earlier than expected and that's a good thing. I mentioned to them that I've had bad experiences with booking people on offer up, paying them ahead of time because they "accepted down payments" so I asked them can I pay you when it's delivered. They had no problem whatsoever ! I highly recommended them for all occasions ! I will definitely be booking them again.

Extremely unprofessional business! My boyfriend and I had an event on 5/29/21 and I had called them on 5/20 to book a porta potty. They told me they would call me back and never did. That same evening my boyfriend called the same number and they helped him. He booked it for our event and he was told they would drop it off on 5/28 in the afternoon. Afternoon came around and no show. He called them in the evening and was told that their son got busy and that they couldn't deliver until the following day in the morning - we would not be home until the afternoon. We made arrangements to have it delivered at a specific time but if we got home earlier, to give them a call and they would bring it earlier. We called them at 11:50am, 11:58am, sent a text (no reply) called several times thereafter (phone was no longer ringing and went into vm immediately. At this point, there was NO time to try to rent another. Although a deposit wasn't given, there was still a verbal arrangement that wasn't kept! I strongly discourage using this business in the future! You might end up in a bind like us.
