These guys are incompetent. We waited 8+ hours in the ER lobby to be read EKG and blood test results. They're highly disorganized with shitty resources.

I had an overnight sleep study done there. The sleep tech was polite and respectful and answered all my questions. The room I slept on was very homey and comfortable The bed was also comfortable. It was a great place to have a sleep study done.

When I came in two weeks ago on December 2nd, 2022, the visit took nearly five hours to be tested for Covid, and receive treatment. A women who came in before me was already waiting four hours. She watched the entire room be seen before her. She appeared to be in a worse state then I was. That's appalling. Later when I went to go pick up my prescription I found I didn't receive the antiviral as promised. Was able to get that after calling and correcting their mistake. We had to repeatedly call them to receive help. Half the time we where hung up on.

Totally unimpressed with Urgent care. The triage nurse saw me for 2 seconds and sent me to Emergency. Didn't even take vital signs. I was there for a severe neck and back pain. I ended up going to the emergency room because the other two clinics had appointments available until 2 weeks out.The extra star is for the emergency room care. The PA diagnosed me with cervical radiuculopathy (basically a pinched nerve on my neck) This is something that could've been taken care of in Urgent care. The difference in costs as we all know is huge. Instead of paying $20 copay for Urgent care Im stuck with $500 copay for ER. Shameful. Be more caring.

Over the years I have had reasonably good care here. HOWEVER, under the current management (CEO Suever) they are very lacking. After buying up almost every medical facility in town, they surprise are having financial difficulties. They are blaming Medical for poor payments, cutting services, etc., doctors are bailing ship, meanwhile the CEO makes 647000 a year. Nobody can earn that much money unless they are bringing money in. Which he isn't. He is just blaming covid and the state of california. How can a manager from a hospital with TWENTY FIVE BEDS, justify that kind of wage? The CFO and COO are making 200K ish a year. At a FINANCIALLY FAILING HOSPITAL. Not doing their jobs. Stop blaming COVID and the state for your incompetence. https://projects.propublica.org/nonprofits/organizations/952082686

Came to the emergency room to have my thumb looked at that I cut severely with a table saw, I have sat here for ten hours and have not been seen a Doctor. The level professionalism is very very low with the triage nurse who said I should leave because they were very busy!

This hospital does not care about you. My husband got hurt and we went to their ER at 10 pm. I'm writing this review at 3 am. This is absolutely ridiculous. If you have a real emergency, call an ambulance or drive to lone pine, Lancaster, or Bakersfield. We will never come here again. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Ridgecrest's regional hospital is horrible. The place is dirty and dingy. Most of the staff shouldn't be in this industry, as most don't care at all. They would rather be one their phones, or gabbing away with other staff members. Urgent care is practically non-existent, and utterly useless. The Emergency Room is an absolutely terrible joke. This place is nothing to but horror stories.Stay away if you can.

I went to their "Emergency Room" last week. The nurse kept stabbing me with a needle, while trying to find a vein for an I.V. She stabbed up both of my arms, before giving up and calling another nurse. They took blood tests and a CT scan. The CT scan workers were very professional and competent. The the Physician Assistant precribed me a strong antibiotic even though I did not have an infection. I was sent home with instructions to follow up with my doctor. I left with the same side of my face swollen, and my arms looking like a pin cushion. When you go to an ER, you are supposed to leave in better condition than when you left. I left in worse condition than when I arrived. I did not receive care. I did not receive value for my money. I may have to drive an hour and a half next time to get competent care. Driving five minutes did not work this time.
