On Friday September 2nd it was 106 degrees, I had a tee time at 2PM, in preparation for the Dinuba City Amateur on 9/3-5. We completed our round at 6:40 PM approximately and walked into the Golf course restaurant to cool off with a beer and tally up our scores. I was playing with 3 of my friends. We ordered a pitcher of beer and some entrees. As we were being served our beer and food, an employee from the club house named Frank approached us and told us to remove our bags from the carts and turn in the golf carts. I asked him if I could keep the cart until we were done eating as my 5lb chihuahua was sitting in the cart in the shade. My dog accompanies me to the golf course everyday for the past 10 years. She is quiet and doesn't ever leave the golf cart. I'm a member at Dragonfly golf course. Frank demanded that I turn in the cart as he wanted to close early and I pled with him that I had nowhere to put my dog. I asked him if I could bring my dog into the restaurant and he said, "I'd have to ask the restaurant if that was okay." I asked him a few times if I could keep the cart and he had a surly attitude and told me to turn it in. I reluctantly took my bag to my car and turned in the cart. Before going to the restaurant which is 60-70yds from the parking lot, I knocked on the clubhouse to let Frank know that he wasn't providing a good service and had a terrible attitude. I asked him "What would you have done if we were still on the course playing? Would you have taken the carts from us?" He replied "no". So then, "why are you asking us to turn it in if I am still using the cart. He said that we require everybody to turn in carts at 7:30. It was 6:45 and we were having dinner. We had to stop our dinner so that Frank can leave his job early. I told him that he needs to understand that he's in the service industry and needs to provide a better service. I live 45 minutes from Dinuba and was in town to compete in his tournament which only received 29 participants. We got into an argument and he insisted that he was right by interrupting our dinner so that he could leave his job early. I left my range finder in the golf cart as I was irritated by having to leave the table to turn in the cart. I wasn't thinking thoroughly as we had been in 106 degree weather for 4.5 hours. The following day (Saturday) before my tee time I asked Frank if anyone had turned in my range finder and Frank said, "I'll have to check who closed the night before to see if they had seen a range finder." After completing my round on Saturday, I asked Frank if anyone had turned in my range finder. Frank said "no." I asked him who closed the night before and he said, "I closed out the carts but I didn't see the range finder." Remember that earlier Frank had said that he had to ask whomever closed the night before if they had seen a range finder. So Frank had to check with himself if he had found a range finder. Frank is a liar, a thief and doesn't appreciate his job. I paid $175 for the tournament. $46 for a practice round, $40 for dinner, drove 45 minutes fro 4 days to compete and had a $500 range finder stolen because Frank has a terrible attitude and wants to go home early. I won't be playing Dinuba anytime soon. On Sunday, I asked one of the Ridge Creek employees why Frank was "that way" and the employee said "that's the way that guy is." Do yourself a favor Ridge Creek and get rid of Frank. He is problematic and doesn't prioritize customer service. I can assure you he has had other incidents with other customers. I know a jerk when I see his actions. I've been in customer service for 20+ years and lay out the red carpet for my clients because I value them.

This is one of my favorite golf courses in the valley, and I've played here 2-3 times a month for quite a while. Unfortunately, they're losing control of of the golf course and no longer caring about the golfer when they 1) Allow groups of 5 and 6 to play together as a group. 2) Allow people do skip around the course and to play holes out of order. 3) And doing nothing about it when reported to the pro shop. This course will cost you around $80 to play, but it's no longer worth it. You'll get the service, treatment, and experience of a $20 round. Very poor job Ridge Creek.

I really like playing this course but the customer service leaves much to be desired. I saw a $52 logo shirt I wanted to buy that was marked 30% off. I thought "great" and took it up to pay. The gentleman rang it up and said that'll be $54 and some change. I asked about the 30% off and he said it was mismarked and that all the shirts are $52. I did not buy it.Now here was a perfect opportunity to give great customer service and sell it to me with the discount. Nope!! He did tell me that with the management change it probably hadn't had the tag fixed. No excuse!! They lost a sale, too bad for them.

The Patio, worst restaurant experience ever. Was visiting family from out of state and decided to try this spot out and it was a nightmare. The waitress was rude and seemed annoyed at her job, never checked up on us, we had to go find her. The place wasn't even busy. We waited over an hour for our food and when she finally brought it out, it was all cold. Everyones meals were cold and 3 of us were missing the toppings to our meals, which were included on the menu. Would not recommend this mediocre place. Save your money.

This course is the best designed course in the valley. It is maintained extremely well for a public course. Unfortunately it has become unplayable. I understand that this is not a private club and your going to get some new golfers out here. The problem lies with the management. Groups of 5 plus out every day golfers playing way slower than pace of play so by the 9th hole there is usually 2/3 groups waiting to tee off on hole 10. There is no Marshall. Playing here means a 5 plus hour round and waiting on most tee boxes for 5 plus mins. If the pace of play was even halfway decent it would be worth the 100$. It's just not. Come play here once and you will see what I'm trying to portray. Please fix the pace of play and this will be the best course for the money anywhere in the valley.

Took 15 minutes to get acknowledged to be sat. Told "I'll be right with you guys" three separate times. The restaurant was not busy at all. Maybe 7 people in the bar 1 party outside and three parties waiting to be sat while staff just kept walking around with empty tables ready to be sat.

We were there Sunday June 23 2024 and tee'd off at 9 (high 109 degrees that day). It's a nice course. It would have been a great day if they had a Marshall. So the front 9 was slow. We could tell that the second group ahead of us was really slow. Apparently the group ahead of us decided to skip a hole and go around. We finished out a par 4 at about hole 10. We go to the next tee and these idiots are just standing around talking. They hadn't even tee'd off. The group ahead of them was in the clubhouse about the time we tee'd off on 12. Unbelievable. Hire a Marshall

Golf Course is great, restaurant bartender sucks, he's on his own time apparently and isn't at the bar. After a round of Golf people want drinks as they talk about that one good shot they had.

This place is awesome. Course is well maintained and the staff is friendly. It was $85 for a 10am Sunday tee time, worth every penny. My son enjoyed the landscape and rabbits that seemed to be watching me hack the ball We will be back.
