Rich's Auto Glass got me in fast and did a great job replacing the windshield on my Mercedes Sprinter. I'd highly recommend Rich's!

Very prompt service quick and great price. Was less than what I was quoted and even at the quoted price it beat others. Definitely would use if needed again but hopefully I don't.

we were on our way down to sdsu for parents weekend when we took a rock to the window on 5. we wanted to fill the crack before it spread so we looked for the closest window repair. luckily we were closest to Rich's Auto Glass! we called and explained our situation and they were able to work us in quickly. we arrived - they were very friendly and got to work quickly. the whole detour from 5 - to repair and back to 5 was about an hour total! super fast, super professional, and the work looks great. the hole/crack was filled and we could barely see it. now about a week later it still holds - so we are very pleased. we hope not to need to visit again but would recommend to everyone in the bakersfield area as a solid option for repairing a crack in your window. cost was reasonable - we submitted to insurance when we got home - we had a little out of pocket but can't say enough about how great the experience was. i like to say its about the experience, the solid work and the positive experience - which to me is the value i seek. money well spent. thanks all!

This place is either very inexperienced or just plain lazy. I had a 2023 honda ridgeline windshield replaced by them on an emergency. Glad they were available to handle work on it, but the workmanship was not to par of what I would expect from a company claiming they have 20 years of experience. had to return to them because the side molding on both sides was not installed correctly. after further investigation I found there was some type of electrical connections they did not connect along with one of my wipers not being reinstalled properly as it stopped functioning for me while driving during a rain storm. I contacted them and Barber Honda in bakersfield for a resolution to only be met with incompetence from both the dealership and this company. 20/10 do not recommend.

Awesome service. I called around and they had the best price and were able to see me the same day. They've definitely made a customer out of me now. The staff was friendly and even gave me a gift as I was leaving. Thank you!

Rich's Auto Glass is a locally family own business. I have brought my vehicles here for repairs and they always does an amazing job. The staff is very friendly and their customer service is awesome. I recommend them for all your auto glass repairs.

I had to come back because the original work tech came out earlier in the week and installed a new front windshield and when he finished there was a hissing sound coming from the top left corner. I called Richs auto glass made an appointment to get checked out and turns out he didn't even seal that side of the windshield. Luckily when I came back Dylan was there to greet me and let me know right away it was not completely sealed. His customer service was above and beyond and he installed a new one free of charge and in timely manner. I would definitely recommend talking to Dylan when you come to get services here. Thanks again
