My wife's Bolt EV was having intermittent issues with the backup camera and 360 camera system. We scheduled an appointment online and took it in. They were able to figure out the issue and made a warranty repair on it. But that was not the best part. There are so few times these days when you get great customer service. When I went to pick up my wife after she dropped off the car, they offered her a ride but I just wanted to spend some time with her, the service manager remembered me from when I took my car in previously. They were always friendly and accommodating there. There's a bigger dealership with a larger service department a lot closer to us, but that dealership's customer service made us decide to never go back. I love the people at Richland and I will definitely be going there for all of my needs. And most likely when I buy my next Chevy too. I cannot recommend Richland enough.

Took my 17 Camaro SS in to Richland Chevrolet for and oil leak. They quickly diagnosed the problems (oil cooler lines & oil pan gasket). Great service, Chuck, my Service Advisor, was great, and was able to get repairs covered under warranty. If you own a Chevy, give Richland a try...

We purchased a 2020 Chevy Traverse High Country. We found the car at a different dealer and Noel and Cameron worked on a getting to Richland. We have purchased all of our cars from Richland because of the excellent care we get with our vehicles. The service department is excellent and always ready and able to help with our vehicles. Noel Barboza is a great salesman, our vehicle was missing the trunk liner from the previous dealer and made sure we got a new set and he installed them for us. He also has made sure we are happy with our purchase and if we had any questions to not hesitate to call if we need anything.

I finally made the jump from 3 way to Richland Chevy for service on my vehicle. The process online is easy and user friendly on there web site. I made the appointment on Tuesday and was able to get in this morning at 8am Before I made this appointment I browsed at 3 way and I wasn't going to get in until Nov20. Everybody I meet was very professional and nice. Definitely felt like you were part of the family environment they have there. I will start using Richland for all of my car needs now!! Thank you!!

Went to Alfred back in November wanting to trade in my car he treated us like family and was able to get me in the car I wanted the people here are very friendly I would recommend them and still absolutely love my new car! Will definitely continue going here

I took my Silverado in to have a check engine light diagnosed. The repair was made. A few months later the engine light came on again for the same problem. Richland fixed the problem under warranty with no questions asked. Great experience.

I was skeptical about coming here upon my arrival, but I am sure glad I did.Old school and the best! This is a type of place to go to for service. The employees are super kind. The service department is impeccable. I only had an oil change! He pointed out and recommended a possible future concern. No pressure to fix and buy now. I will definitely be returning here for my trucks needs!!!

I called Richland Chevrolet because they had a truck listed that we were interested in. Our truck was stolen and we needed a replacement. Insurance was going to cover it. They connected me to Alfred. He said they had the truck and we were going there to see it but when the day came for our viewing, Alfred said it wasn't there. That the owner of the dealership was using it. He said to save us a trip, he'd bring the truck to us. Drove it to our home in Bakersfield. Which we thought was nice after not having it available on the day of our visit. He brought a different truck that cost more than the truck we wanted originally. He said they didn't have the other truck anymore. We said no. We asked Alfred to find another truck for us and he said ok. We NEVER heard from him again. They dropped the ball and lost a sale. We purchased our new truck with a dealership that did everything we asked and made sure we were taken care of.

They won't work with you. We were told if you don't get it somebody else would. Which is 100 percent true, but a whole day was wasted (no commission) because they weren't willing to make the customer happy. They only gave us $50 off a used car. Thousands of dollars for a car the was priced above what Kelley blue book says it's worth and only got $50 off. Waste of time. Plus the building is Hot.
