REPRIUS

We are incredibly grateful for Reprius. We were on an urgent trip from Southern California to Northern California when several lights came on. We called around, but many mechanics weren't able to assist. We were referred to Reprius and received excellent service. Tim met us at his shop, showed us the issue, and told us the cost upfront. He taught us how to change the part ourselves in case this happens in the future, and we were in our way in less than an hour. Thank you, Tim, and thank you, Reprius!

I was over 350 miles from home for a weekend conference in Bakersfield when my Prius became non-responsive. Kris responded to a phone call late on a Saturday and walked me through the steps to make my car operate but unfortunately the battery needed replacement. His staff went above and beyond. They did an amazing job getting me a new battery quickly but also graciously provided me with assistance to get to a rental agency so I could make it back home in the meantime. I can't say enough about this place. These folks are the epitome of what customer service should be about. They truly were a Godsend.

My car needed a tuneup had other issues. Chris took care of it. Very efficient and price was affordable. I would highly recommend this place!!

We had a problem with our coils in our 2012 Prius V. These guys got right on it and were very honest and skilled. It did take 3-4 days to fix the problem. Very honest and affordable. Our prius is running very well now.

I had a new motor installed in my Prius V in July of 2021 along with new batteries. I drive from over an hour away to have my car worked on at RePrius as they are the only place I trust. Amazing! Tim and the entire staff were courteous and attentive. This business provides a ton of value and so, they are busy. I was able to schedule an appointment within 12 hrs of my first contact! Wow. Kris and Tim are so knowledgeable that they diagnosed the issue with my Gen 2 Prius over text message.I had used all the Prius tricks to get the odometer cluster lights back on for almost 3 yrs and finally, it died. I was driving unable to see mph, gas level, or odometer.Tim and team replaced the odometer cluster.The part was in stock so no waiting. The labor was smooth and efficient. From arrival to driving away was less than 90 minutes. Tim, even helped me with a key FOB issue I was having. No extra charge, just helpful.If you have a Prius, you gotta meet Kris, Tim, and the team at Reprius! Go!

This is my second Prius, and I wished that I would've found these guys before I got rid of my first one with 267,000 miles because it was eating too much oil. They may have been able to help me. Now, my new one only has 114,000 miles but has an ABS light that will not go away. So happy there are entrepreneurs out there that realize the special issues with Prius Hybrids and are putting (according to their marketing) ethics above all else as their primary business model. I hope my first visit to them is the start of a good, mutually beneficial friendship!
