This is my first time ever buying any new furniture and my last I wish I never entered the store and the delivery guy what a piece of work the first time he delivered my bed was too high for me to get on they brought the wrong platform already being 2 weeks late on delivering and when they left they knew that my bed was too tall I mean how could he have not but then I waited 2 more weeks I slept on my bed and it was uncomfortable without a platform again he delivers a real thin platform again he left and it being his job to put my bed together should be fired it wasn't right and when they left they knew it wasn't right I've never in my life bought brand new furniture until this freaking bed and I'm stuck with it damn I'll probably die in it

Very disappointed - we had a really good experience when we went to order the furniture on April 24th (I believe a gentleman by the name little Red helped us), and paid for the item in full. Since we were not in a rush to have it delivered asap, we told them it would be perfectly fine if we had it end of May but no later than the first week of June. Last week, got a call from Connie to schedule delivery between 10am-1pm on Friday May 24th and initially impressed they called twice to confirm. At 1:45pm, I call to get an update since nothing was delivered and was told that there was an issue with the truck bringing the item, and she would call me back once her boss was available around 2:30p since she was dealing with a "lot of unhappy customers all morning". Since I didn't hear back that same day, I called today (5 days later) only to be rudely told by Connie that she will call me back in "2 min". I went to store 15 mins later to speak with a Manager directly - Bill said they were yet to order the item. Since they were unable to confirm if they will be able to deliver the item by this Friday, I requested a refund. When Bill told me there would be a "re-stocking" fee, I was in disbelief that he even tried to haggle getting money for an item I did not even receive and hadn't even been ordered. He continued to let me know that the item should not have been sold at the price (apparently $300 less) and that the item was not even in stock and should not have been sold to us - can empathize but them having issues with their employee is really not my problem. Connie continued to talk over me about why she didn't update/call back and when I said I just wanted an honest time frame by which we could expect the item, Connie stated "I don't have time to argue with you" - I just responded "same", realizing trying to talk to them rationally about this situation was futile. Once they issued the refund back on the card, they went on to lament how they were left to deal with little Reds "mess"... really unprofessionalAs I left the store, I noticed Bill was disassembling the show table of the exact same item we had ordered. We would have considered even buying the floor model if they wanted to sell if it wasn't for such a rude and unpleasant experience. The whole situation was extremely unfortunate because they really do seem to have a good selection of items and good prices for furniture, but I will gladly take my business where customers are better appreciated.

I ordered dining room set from lil Red a month ago & I am still waiting for it. Sure great price , 0 % finance for 12months. So big deal when you don't have your furniture. I tried Calling the store & the voice mail is full . Horrible if you can't leave a message on a business # because it fulI. I had to drive from Tulare to Visalia & physically go down there & find out what going on & I'm told 2-4 weeks well we reached the 4 weeks and I am still waiting for an answer! Lil Red gave me his cell # so I Called him & no return call but he text me he not in the office . Definitely will not ever be buying anything else from this place. Not happy with how this is going!! No furniture yet & made 1st payment ..

I and my wife purchased leather couches from Doug and Bill from the Reds Furniture store in Visalia Ca. What a pleasant experience. They were very friendly and not pushy at all. We were shown multiple furniture sets and were given sound advice on the different types of furniture. I had just left Ashley Furniture and could not believe how much they had increased their prices. We purchased a similar style set but for a fraction of the cost that Ashley Furniture wanted. I definitely would go back and recommend this store.

Honestly, I never leave reviews, but this was such a bad experience. If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered my bed set and mattress and got it weeks later. It was scratched and some of the drawers were not working correctly. Also, the wood from the bed looks reused. Then my mattress was wrong, and I had to wait 2 weeks for another one to come and it was still not the right one. I never got a box spring either so when I lay on the mattress the mattress is so thin you can feel the wood. I tried calling for 5 days and no answer finally I gave up and realized I got screwed out of 800 dollars. Just wanted to leave this review in case anyone is on the fences about purchasing from them. This was a horrible experience. Stick to other furniture stores.....

They blow a lot of smoke. Empty promises. Furniture arrives and doesn't match what you saw in their catalogues. Colors are way off. Several drawers don't open correctly and they promised they would replace the dresser, color didn't match and they would replace another dresser. Don't do it unless you're just looking for poor quality items. We chose from catalogues because their in store selection was not great at all. Sadly if I had to do it again I'd go to Ashley's

Walked into Reds furniture store this afternoon looking for a living room set, we're approached by a young man who told us his name was lil' Red aka Canelo Alveraz, anyway found a great set of furniture got an amazing deal, will definitely be going back for any other furniture needs that may arise!!! Definitely a 10 out of 10 would highly recommend this furniture store, and make sure to ask for lil' Red.

Me and my family got a bundle with him ( Bed, Kitchen table and bed with dresser) when they came to put it together in the home they left off legs on the whole side of my couch so it was lopsided until they sent the legs, then the legs underneath our bed completely broke they were so skinny and cheap we had to put money into repairing the bed on our own and we haven't even had it a year. Also the couch cushions the sewing has come apart on multiple parts of the couch we had to have them resewed. We have only had them for a year and we don't have children jumping or animals inside so to me it's just all cheap products that break down fast .
