This catfish po boy is way better than the chicken pulled sandwich. If you tell them to fry the fish hard it comes out perfectly fried. The bread was very soft. They did not add a lot of aioli to the bread but you can add extra if you want. The lettuce wasn't overwhelming and the tomato did not make the bread soggy because it was sitting on lettuce. This was reasonably priced for the size fish that you get. I will definitely get this again and I recommend trying this.
