Rancho Brazil Steakhouse & Venue

The impeccable service and seasoned meats here set the bar incredibly high. This steakhouse will be our newest go to celebratory restaurant.There were two options: the full experience rodizio or the salad bar and side dishes only. However, when we were seated, we were immediately told the instructions for the full experience. Personally I would only do the full experience as the salad bar wasn't varied or tasty enough for the $34.95 price tag.The salad bar and hot foods were on the mushier side. I wished the sauces were formatted in a different format as the chimichurri sauce was very far from the edge. Hence, there was a high risk of cross contamination and spillage. The mustard pasta salad was bland and limp. The potato salad fared a similar dull taste and resembled a starchy lump. The tomatoes were grainy and dry. The pao de queijo was disappointedly under the ray of death so they weren't too hot nor crispy. I wished my party got to experience fresher baskets of bread.=FULL EXPERIENCE=We were told that there were 17 available meats but we only experienced some of them. However, we enjoyed how we got to taste them when they were hot and cooked perfectly.*Picanha: one of my favorites. The fat cap was rendered and seasoned well. The meat was medium rare, tender and juicy. This had the greatest beef flavor.*Chicken with Bacon: the chicken was tender but the bacon had a stronger smokey flavor. The bacon shone more than the chicken.*Pork Belly: my other favorite piece. There were bits of fat dispersed throughout so it was moist and flavorful. There was subtle crispiness from the fat browning.*Spicy Linguica: the spice was subtle and the casing gave a satisfying snap. The interior was juicy but it was on the saltier side.*Pork Ribs: surprisingly tender and fall of the bone. The sauce was a sweeter barbeque and the ribs were on the wetter side. There wasn't any smokiness, char or caramelization but the flavors and texture were still good.*Peppered Steak: on the tougher side but still oozed out meaty juice. *Garlic Steak: similar to the peppered steak only saltier. The garlic flavor wasn't very prominent and this piece left me thirsty. I would have preferred a garlic sauce as opposed to the concentrated garlic powder taste.*Tri Tip: the best option for a leaner cut. The meat was tender and juicy. This was similar in flavor to the picanha but without the fattiness. *Grilled Cinnamon Pineapple: the cinnamon hardened around the pineapple, offering a satisfying crunch followed by a gush of sweet fruitiness. The simplistically made this my favorite rendition from a Brazilian steakhouse. This was a great meal ender despite us getting flan afterwards. *NY Strip: this was a daily special. This was a leaner cut so the beefiness was prominent but I preferred the other meats with more fat.=A LA CARTE=Not included in the all you can eat experience.*Mojito: refreshing and citrusy. There was a good amount of alcohol included.*Pudim: great way to end the meal. The Brazilian flan was dense and creamy. There was a thin layer of caramel sauce on top but it wasn't too sweet. The portion size was nicely shareable between two people.Unfortunately, they didn't bring out the shrimp until we were full so we didn't get to try it. Otherwise the service was consistent and attentive. Our server even asked about which meats were our favorites so they could bring them back out for us. There were multiple groups celebrating birthdays and they brought out their staff to sing happy birthday. During an all you can eat experience, good service is the lifeline and this was some of the best service I've received. The ambiance was stellar and this was my favorite dining experience in the Central Valley. The meats blew the salad bar and sides out of the water so I would return just for that. Although this was a pricier option, the quality and service were 5 stars.

Food was amazing. Service was good, they made me feel welcomed The place was beautiful and clean. Got the full experience of meat. I loved the steak & chicken & pineapple! You def need an appetite coming here The buffet was super fresh and clean I loved it!. They had fresh veggies, salads and fruits. the music playing in the background was relaxing came during the week at 630 and it was perfect. Only 2 tables were seated + us.

We decided to go the night after Valentine's Day which was our mistake... many others had the same idea but the food was great! The buffet choices are better than other Brazilian steak houses ( in the Fresno area), the meat and the service was wonderful.

AMAZING Brazilian food experience! We were so lucky to have found this spot. It looks like they usually sell açaí bowls at the front counter for take out but in the back there's a dining area for Brazilian steaks and buffet style dining. The staff were very nice and guided us to our tables right away (we made a 17:00 reservation). They neatly explained how the system works and we chose the meat and buffet course where they deliver meat to your table and you can access the buffet all you can eat style). The meat that came to the table was absolutely delicious. I think they said they have 17 different meats. We really liked all of the pork and sausages that came to our table. The meat was very high quality and I feel that they really do care about how they present their meat. The buffet had beans, pasta salad, plátanos, salad, cheeses and other items that filled my stomach! We got flan for dessert and I have to say it was the thickest and yummiest flan I've ever had. It was almost like a cheesecake texture~ highly recommend. The dining area was nice and clean and the decorations are so cute!! I will definitely come here again.

Look y'all there's a reason why this place has five stars. Absolutely forget all of the other Brazilian steakhouse chains and 100% go to this one family owned, with super unique delicious out of this world. 17 meats to try and we haven't even covered how amazing the sidebar is. Everything from the super friendly service to the waiters ensuring that you try the best of the best. It just feels like you cared for from the moment that you step in we had the opportunity to sit next to the owner and hear a little bit about his story. The service is amazing. The food is out of this world. Definitely make sure that you get a drink and try all of the meats, including the warm cinnamon pineapple!! Ambience is also gorgeous. You just feel like you transfer into a different world. It's so peaceful, romantic intimate fun five out of five stars if I could give six or 10 (hint hint yelp lol) would totally do that!! MUST VISIT!

Went with mom after her operation to celebrate. Hesitated upon entering because we were the first group to get seated, but boy were we glad to have stayed. Service was top notch , salad bar was clean and well maintained even after few groups of people have gone through , and thr quality of food was ....yummmmmmyyy. Def a recommended place for those carnivores out there ! Thank me later

We have our Christmas party here every year. They have great customer service and great food. Highly recommend. Definitely worth it. I recommend the unlimited everything. Make sure you go hungry.

Very surprising to find a gem in Tulare. Beautiful and grand place. The servers are buzzing and attentive. The food is simply amazing. The meat just kept on coming. The drinks are delicious. Wow.

Food was way tastier than a similar restaurant in Fresno. Service was great, meat kept coming unlike other places. Place was busy (reservations strongly suggested). Live band the night we visited. The buffet is smaller than some, but it was all very tasty!Manager circulated thru during our entire visit and offered suggestions on food, drink and made sure the servers were taking care of the customers.

Was pleasantly surprised by reservations to this restaurant and was not disappointed! The staff was so nice and helpful. The food was amazing! Unfortunately we weren't prepared for the buffet so we didn't eat as much as we should've. So definitely come hungry with a big appetite. The dessert was delicious!! 10/10 recommend!
