John is truly an Amazing Mechanic! He gives great quality service every time! We came by with a tire issue and he fixed it no problem! We've been coming to him for years and will continue to do so! If you want a great value and a trusting reliable mechanic, Johns your guy! He's selling candles now and they're fantastic! Smell amazing!

These people are crooks. I've never had such a terrible experience at an auto shop in my entire life. They charged me an extra $250 storage fee because I was unable to pick up my vehicle within 1 hour of completion. Here's my story. (Pics included)I dropped off my Ford Escape to get diagnosed for a possible hybrid battery failure. They called me at 5pm on Friday to let me know that I will be needing a new regular battery as well and that it would be $200 before they could do any further diagnostics. I informed them that my battery was less than a year old and that I could just go swap it out for a new one for free at O'Reilly. They told me that this was unacceptable and that I would HAVE to buy their battery. I understand that some shops don't let you bring your own parts so I was just going to pay the diagnostic fee and be on my way. My point of contact, John, seemed very upset about my decision.By this time it was 6PM and they closed at 7PM. I told them I wouldn't be able to make it in by 7pm because of the short notice but that I would be able to swing by in the morning. They informed me that they are closed Sat, Sun & Mon but that they will re-open on Tuesday. So basically, if I don't get there within an hour, I'll have to leave it until Tuesday. This wasn't a problem until I got there on Tuesday and they tacked on a $250 storage fee that they refused to remove. They wouldn't even let me talk to a manager....nothing. They would not release the vehicle to me unless in full.In a nutshell, my service was completed at 6PM on Friday and because I did not pick it up by 7pm (1 hour) I was charged an extra $250. On top of all this, I paid to get towed in & out. Miserable.John informed me that this is standard practice and that they do it all the time, which makes me wonder how many people like myself have been hit with fraudulent storage fees by this mechanic shop. I will be filing a civil suit and most importantly an investigation to see how many others have been affected by this malpractice.Beware of Ramirez Quality Services.

What a scam of a company. Charging ridiculous fees for no reasonable reason. Company's like yours shouldn't be in business.

John always takes care of all of our vehicles. He goes above and beyond with his service and we appreciate the additional information he provided us with to avoid any potential issues down the line. I recently took my Integra to his shop for a tune up and he even helped me out by pointing out a couple additional things that I wasn't aware of which saved me some money in the long run. Very reasonable pricing that I feel is a value for the quality of work!

I took my RAV4 in for a brake check with John Ramirez because it was coming up for the 50K mile mark. I know that we are all squeezed with the cost of living today and any extra expenses are hard to deal with but I also know I have to keep my car in good shape for as long as I can. So instead of going to the dealership, I went to John. This way I get to talk directly to the mechanic. I believe John is an honest man. He could have told me that since the pads showed wear, that I should have a costly brake job done. But he showed me the brake fluid was mid-mark and showed me the pads and suggested I wait another 10K miles. That tells me he gave me an honest and fair assessment and I recommend him due to this honest experience.

I got in a car accident and took my car here through farmers he had me sign a paper saying it would be covered through insurance if they fix it nothing was fixed nothing is getting fixed I don't have my rental and he almost got me fired from my job I had to call off he won't give me my car back. he wants 175$ for inspection

They told me to come get my car in five minutes or they will charge me $100 for each extra minute. I wouldn't do this to my worst enemy. Why did you do it to me? I wouldn't recommend going to them

I just called this morning for a smog test and wheel alignment, John answered the phone and told me if I could be there a 2.30pm he could help me out When I arrived I didn't have to wait 1 minute to get a friendly welcome.John took me to his office desk and showed me the total amount that it would cost to do the service. I waited in the waiting room, which is nice and clean with nice seats and couches and coffee if you want. After about 1/2 hour John came back and my car was ready to go. I would definitely recommend John Ramirez to all my friends.Friendly and quick service that's all you need for customers to com back!
