Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

They do one thing and they do it well. Chicken was moist and flavorful. The place was jam packed yet our order came out in a reasonable amount of time. Weʻll be back.

Food- very good. Chicken was hot and crispy. I honestly loved the chicken. The fries were good and hot. Cole slaw was bomb, not too moist and not too dry. The dipping sauce added a good flavor to the chicken. Only thing that could have been better was the bread. The toast wasn't toasted. Service- friendly and quick. I will be back.

Super happy to have come here and see that so many people are here to enjoy Cane's chicken even at 1:30 in the morning. There's a security guard that oversaw the drive thru line to ensure everything went smoothly-- and he informed us that we could park for dine-in if we drove behind Firehouse Subs!Walking in, there was a lot of people seated and the smell of the nice and familiar Cane's chicken aroma filled the air. The cashiers went through the line quickly and orders came out within 5 minutes. As we were an online pickup order, we were directed kindly to wait alongside the shelves for online orders.It was brightly lit and cozy. I love the detailing and care put into this establishment. There's special decorations on the walls that I have never seen at other Cane's locations-- they were specially designed for Palmdale. One included a tribute to NBA player Paul George, a fellow high school alumni.The fried chicken tasted crunchy and delicious. It was cooked well. The bread was as soft and buttery as I remembered them to be. I hope the staff here continue to spread the amazing hit of Cane's and keep up their hard work!

Worst service ever.Ordered 500$ worth of food and got the biggest attitude from the manager (nancy) when I asked if my order was complete. She then replied with yes it's all there.The funniest thing is that none of my fries (30 orders) and 30 sauces weren't in my order. Next time be sure it's actually readyOn the bright side Sonya was really helpful and the shining light on a rather dull experience

Food was too salty omg this is my second time coming here thinking it would change. My first review was the same as this review. Service was fast. Ambiance was okay. I really do hope they taste their fries first before they serve it to the costumers

Chicken was definitely undercooked. Have never felt so ill after eating at a fast food chain. I know it had to be the chicken because all 3 people in my lunch crew felt ill after. I don't know why they would rush and not cook the chicken all the way when it wasn't busy in the restaurant. Never again. Food poisoning was not on my agenda for the day.

I order a 25 tailgate and request half be naked and was told my request wasn't possible. I call another location and I'm told that it was indeed possible. It's extremely disappointing to know that my simple request could not be accommodated due to lack of knowledge or laziness. This is the second out of five times I feel that this location doesn't care about their customers and I most likely won't be returning to this location. I advise anyone going to this location to expect subpar customer service.

Food ok, service good, cleanliness good , but where I give you an F is in the restroom, you need to put urinals in all of them . Men have a thing when we do # 1 we tend to urinate all over the toilet and walls and floors and for some of us men who struggle with prostate problems it's even worse.

Good food, awesome service, Deija was our cashier and she had an amazing attitude and offered us great customer service. Will definitely be back again as it is a family favorite.

I haven't tried the food yet but the service is just plain awful , when she opened her DT window not a hello not anything just asking for money and didn't give us a receipt we had to ask for it and it says Nancy on the receipt but I doubt it was her , the pink sweater with her ponytail all loose while she's handling our food & I got a picture of the girlStanding next to her not doing anything - second time and the second time I get bad service - won't be coming back - will be going to the one on my way to Vegas not worth paying for a meal that pays for this bad service
