Best ranchera marinade in town hands down also best marinaded chicken I have been to the carretta just to try it out and again it fell short from rainbow market good service and fresh produce I recommend rainbow for any carne asadas.

Rainbow market is by far the best meat market in the county, all their meat line is from Harris Ranch the highest quality meat that you can see and taste, they have their own marinade when you ask the butcher to prep the meat for a Carne asada, the ranchera meat is the best for a Carne asada I go here 1 a week I'm a regular been coming here since 2011, been to la plazita in Arvin, la carreta, and some other locals for carne asada but none come to the taste and freshness of rainbows meat. Also they have great vegetable selections always ripe never rotten up vegetables. Great ceviche also made fresh daily. The market is very small but that's why it's keepd up to par in cleanliness, freshness, and quality. Cashiers are really nice well mannered always greeting you at the door and on your way out. I highly recommend this meat market for your daily or weekly Carne asadas!!!!!!!

I stopped by rainbow market to check out their meat baskets. They ended up being such a great deal, I bought 3 different baskets. I bought the family basket that was $99, the beef basket that was $69 and the special basket that was $39. All of the meat came from their service counter as it would if you were getting your meat at any other meat service counter. It was all selected fresh and packaged on the spot. I figured since it was such a lot of meat, it would take forever to pack our order, but it was surprisingly fast. The three gentlemen at the meat counter were working together as a team to put the baskets together WHILE promptly tending to other customers. The gentleman who bagged our groceries (I'm assuming he's the owner) was super friendly and appreciated our business. He even added a couple extras to our baskets Even the cashier was friendly. My husband and I had the best shopping experience today at rainbow market and as a consumer, I must say it truly is better to stick with local small businesses and to check out rainbow market. Today was our first visit but it definitely won't be our last. If you get a chance to purchase a meat basket from them, I highly recommend them. They are an astonishing value and the variety is on point if you have meat eaters in your home like I do. My son and my husband are very happy with their meat selections and our deep freezer is packed. We were so tired when we went because we stopped by on our way home from work in Tehachapi but it was very refreshing to receive such wonderful service from very friendly people even while we were dirty and probably looked like zombies. Rainbow market have found a new family of regular customers
