HUGE SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE!! Keep your money safe with another company. Found Rainbow Jumpers & Party Rentals on FB market place. On 8/30/24, I ordered a jumper, tables, table clothes, & chairs for an event in mid October. We were quoted for $1225 & made a deposit for nearly $400 to book them. A couple days our event before, Owners Jonathan Guerrero & Denny said that "his employees quoted us incorrectly and we would need to pay more for our event rentals or that we could cancel and get our deposit back". Given the unprofessional & very late notice, we decided to cancel & get our deposit back. Jonathan said we would receive our deposit back within 3 business days but it has been over 2 weeks and he has since ignored all forms of communication & blocked me on all channels.

SCAMMERS!!! Do not book with them!!! They called me 2 days before my event and said I could cancel and get a refund of my deposit or pay $600 more than the price we agreed on. It's been a week since I requested a refund and they have not sent it. They have blocked me on Facebook, and ignored my calls and texts.
