Rainbow Drive-In

The food is good and the people are friendly but they can never get my order right. I live eight miles away so it's not like I can just bring it right back since I live in another town. Either they give me the wrong sandwich or just forget things in my order. To say it's maddening is an understatement!!

This is a good spot for some drive thru fast food. They have basics like burgers, shakes, fries, ice cream, etc. The food was fine and was pretty cheap. Service was fairly quick, but our order was a little off. We asked for one of the burgers to have no pickles and later found out that they made 2 of our burgers completely plain (only a patty inside). I think the place is a good place to go by for a quick and easy meal but I would be extra clear on what you want ordered and check after.

Food is ok, nothing special. Their prices have gone up but definitely not going back because of the added BS non-cash charge. Are you kidding me?!

Food okay like any other burger joints. Bad customer service. Cashier forgot to add burger to my order. After letting her know she said ok and that they will make. But after 7 minutes she calls me to tell me they can't find my order so she needs to charge me but she remembers me adding it before. So I was charged. No discount or apology for missing up my order and I still had to wait another 9 minutes for the burger. Very disappointed. Last time coming will just go somewhere else.

Really frustrating. I used to love rainbow until this happen... The cashier was probably having a bad day and he just wasn't being the best. A lot of eye-rolling going on while he gave me my order. I can get over that. What was gross was how he had on gloves and touched my money to make the payment then with the same gloves went to get my ice cream cones. YUCK! Mostly during Covid-19 pandemic! I threw away my $17 worth of ice cream cones because i didn't want to make a big deal. They really need to work on their sanity procedures, and retrain their son when it comes to customer service i felt like a bother when i was making them a sale? Trust meI am not a "karen" i ordered everything politely. Will never return that's just gross, and they lost my trust.

I got the burrito boat and fries and it was made to order and very good the service was great very fast and everyone was really nice there highly recommend

I stopped in here on my way home because it used to have really decent food. Well I'll never stop again the service at the drive through was extremely slow. My cheeseburger had no flavor and the fries were completely overcooked plus the fried mushrooms were soggy. On the good side their ranch dressing was as tasty as I remember.

Many people go there. Sometimes I like it sometimes I don't, but I don't like driving to Visalia. They have good hamburgers. The only thing I don't like prices of went up so much. It's hard for us to eat out but that's for everybody else too so take your chances and spend your money. All I can say. At least you can save gas. If you live here that's a good thing.Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich is very good
