I am thrilled to share my experience with Racer Rob's Plumbing! Over the years, I have utilized their services on multiple occasions, and each time has been an exceptional experience. Their expertise and professionalism consistently impress me. They have effectively changed my water heater, repaired pipes, and cleared stubborn blockages, saving me from potential disasters more than once. I guess it's the best option in town. But that ain't saying much. They did some pretty good work, but then they did some shitty work honestly. About half-and-half.

Had a water leak coming out the ground, had to shut down my water and called racer at around 10 in the morning. They said they were real bz but fitted me in between 12-4. Around 12:30 John showed up looked at the problem and gave me a very reasonable price. He did the job in about a hour and charged me less because he was able to finish quicker. They did a fantastic job. Thank u John for your quick and professional work.

I didn't get a chance to use their services, however the prompt response and their estimate was very reasonable

In short: They sent someone out the same day who solved my problem and even helped with some other issues for free -- great customer service!  I will definitely be calling them again!Dakota came out and installed a shut off valve for me on one of my hose pipes to split it off for sprinklers.  He did the work fairly quickly and then asked if I had any other problems - he ended up taking a look and helping with one of my drains in the bathroom and also replacing the tub spout/diverter (I had the part already) for free!   He was very polite and helpful, great service!  I'm so glad this place worked out, because another local plumber I had here late last year was not that great, and I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a good plumber out here in California City -- but now I have!

I want to start off by saying thank you! This is one of the best plumbing companies I've had a pleasure to work with. Lisa and the team are a life saver. I had an emergency in my father-in-law's property and they were the best help I could've asked for. Very profesional and helpful. They were able to help us fix the issue despite short notice. I am going to use them for any plumbing needs in the California City area. If you are reading this to decide on a plumbing company. LOOK NO FURTHER! I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY 1000%

I called his number and spoke toA woman. Because of my working schedule and I made this perfectly clear, I gave her explicit instructions to have him ( or his crew ) call me before coming over. No one called. Four "kids" just showed up. These "kids" photographed the problem and said someone ( presumably Rob ) will be in touch. No one ever contacted me again. No one ever came back. You can not rely on this guy. If you have a problem that must be handled ASAP you might want to look elsewhere. Don't count on this guy or these kids and don't wait on him. There are other options. They are NOT reliable and they obviously do not respect or follow your instructions for returning your call.

I just moved to Cal city and bought a house here and learned that well, it gets very cold here and pipes freeze! I had no water for hours while it was thawing and once it did, a pipe burst in front of my house and basically gave me my own water fall in my front lawn! Water Dept came out to shut if off and noticed a huge crack in my pipe and recommended Racer Rob! Called and they had someone at my house in 15 minutes! They were so amazing!! Replaced my pvc pipe and water regulator and I'm brand new again. To be honest I was worried being a first time home owner that the final price would have been outrageous but when I got the estimate I cousins have been happier considering how many hours they were here and all the work they put in. Thank you so much for everything! Will definitely be using again!!!

They came to Boron for the job they did for me.John changed out my shower handles and all the washers.He was a very polite man and he was a listener.I would recommend this company and I would use them again.

Lisa is courteous and professional, and she knows exactly how to run the business on the front end. Scheduling, communication, billing and customer service was simple and far above average by all measures.Dakota is an expert in his profession. He positively identified a very difficult condition, went unexpectedly far out of his way to locate and acquire the necessary materials required, and corrected the problem quickly and permanently.Racer Robs far exceeded all of my expectations.
