Our 2002 EZ Go Golf Cart started to run poorly after many years of use! We use the cart to motor around the roads in a private community in the mountain community of the Pine Mountain Club! A neighbor told us about Racecrafters USA located between the Pine Mountain Club and Frazier Park that worked on Golf Carts! I called the shop and spoke to Lyn who confirmed they do have a mechanic who actually lived near me! Lyn said Ryan would call me back! Ryan did and immediately came to our home diagnosed the issue and provided me with an estimate of what I could expect to repair our cart! After further looking into the issue Ryan called me with a list of parts he needed for the work and asked for my approval to continue with the work!Today was delivery day and I was pleased with the quality of Ryan Millay's work! But, it wasn't until we drove our cart that the real appreciation was realize! The cart drove like new! Ryan even replaced some fuel hoses not on the original parts list and is waiting for two more parts to arrive before he considered the job complete. When those parts arrive he will finish the work in our driveway! We are 100% satisfied and thankful that Racecrafters USA is now serving golf carts in the Mountain Communityes! Thanks Ryan Millay and Racecrafters USA!Richard and Carolyn PMC

I have a Polaris quad that overheated and caused a whole mess of issues. I contacted Racecrafters and Ryan came out the same day and picked it up. He diagnosed the issues quickly and provided an estimate that allowed us to keep our quad rather than replacing it. Cost was definitely important and Ryan gave us a great deal. There were lots of parts and time involved in getting this thing running again. The quad is running great now. I'm thankful for the great service and communication throughout the diag and repair process. I would definitely recommend this shop and specifically Ryan if you need help bringing your ATV back to life.

I had ordered an item via eBay in my regular size, which turned out to be too small. My size for this item has not changed in some thirty years. I willingly paid the return shipping, as this was part of the terms to which I had agreed. I had attempted to contact the seller three times about an exchange, but did not receive a response for nearly one full week. After having received confirmation that the returned item had been received by the seller, but not having received a response to any of my messages, I was left with no alternative but file an inquiry with eBay.By the time that I received a reply to my exchange request, I had already purchased a similar item from a different vendor (in the same size) that fit properly. After an additional two weeks, I received a partial refund. I had sent three messages requesting that the entire balance be refunded, and finally received a response after three days. The seller responded that a 10% restocking fee had been assessed, although no notice of a restocking fee was delineated anywhere within the terms of return. When the seller finally responded to my eBay inquiry, his response was a series of outright lies, which omitted his atrocious behavior regarding communication and his responsibilities as a seller, as well as my suggestions to resolve the matter amicably.eBay eventually ruled in my favor and I have since received a full refund. This business is probably OK if you live locally and conduct your business in real time; the advertised prices are certainly more than reasonable. That being said, the seller clearly does not understand conducting retail sales online, nor the margin of error that must be built in and accepted when executing business in this venue. The seller apparently believes that it is perfectly reasonable for me to accept the expenditure of roughly $20.00 for the non-possession of a $100.00 item. I have received nothing but an unnecessary and fully preventable waste of my time and his.I do not recommend this business for any online purchases unless you have physically verified that the item that you are ordering is correct in every way with regard to fit, finish, brand, and quality.

I wanted to share an experience I had with them. Normally I goto cycle gear to get my stuff for oil changes and brakes. But I got to say while I could have saved a whole 5$ going to cycle gear I wouldn't have had such a great experience. The guys there where helpful and cool, had a lot of Mx parts, oil filters, brakes, etc. I myself have been trying to use local shops more than chains. And so far it's been a couple dollars more but well worth it. By the time I got back down bike did a hot oil change and yea it needed. Also I switched from from paper filter to sst filter. It's a newer bike so figure I rather have 30microns absolute vs 8 microns 3 passes later. Found out paper can let up to 300 micorn through, sand is about 100 microns. But they have other size filters too in case anyone else wanted to try.Just wanted to say they were what I liked about mom and pop shops. Interested in making customers for life not making a dollar.
