R-12 it self is amazing the atmosphere and the trainer really are there to help you. I did the 6week challenge and lost 16lbs and lost more inches in my waist which felt amazing! Jason is awesome and always willing to go above and beyond for his clients. Everyone there is willing to help and push everyone we are like a family. Love R-12 if you want somewhere to get in better shape learn to push your limit and have someone who care for you overall health. Definitely check out R-12 you won't be disappointed.

They are open for bootcamp sessions and personal training but it's not a 24/7 gym..... All of the trainers are awesome and cater to your personal needs. The scheduled classes work with almost any schedule. They give nutritional information and meal plans. You start off with base measurements and set goals.
