Quinn Cat - Bakersfield

Our diesel pusher motorhome broke down about five miles from Quinn. I called about noon on a Saturday. My phone number was given to their on duty technician Jesus. He called immediately. I told him the symptoms of my problem. I also told him that I had called a mobile diesel mechanic. He told me to call him back if I needed his help. The mobile mechanic decided that it could not be fixed in the field. I called Jesus back and told him that I was having the vehicle told to his facility. This call was about 2:00 in the afternoon. Golden Empire towing was dispatched but they were very busy. The daytime turned to darkness. I called Jesus and apologized. He was going to get off work but told me to call and he would open the gate to let us in. We started our journey to Quinn about 11:30 at night. Jesus met us at the gate. When our vehicle was parked he immediately connected his diagnostic equipment and gave us a good idea about our issue. Both Golden Empire and Quinn went out of their way to help us. Jesus is an outstanding ambassador for Quinn. I know we are in good hands and our problem will be solved. I highly recommend Quinn and our personal technician Jesus.

First time going, went in just to order some filters, Wilton at the front desk in the parts department was very helpful. He set me up with an account and told me about their services they offered. He gave me a lot of useful information. Will definitely continue coming back because of him.
