Quick Cash Pawn Shop

I was in a bine and needed some quick cash the workers were very helpful and very knowledgeable not to mention super nice its a very nice pawn shop and has a wide variety of items for sale. I will definitely be returning to shop! I highly recommend this shop if you havent been there yet u must go and check them out!!

So I went in to pick up my Martin guitar I pawned, I was in a tight spot this year and needed some extra cash. First they told me they sent me a letter in the mail stating that my pawn was due by the 18th okay cool, paid up my money. The guy opens my guitar case that I brought my guitar in!! And closes it right away and says "just how you brought it in" I take it home check it out and notice my guitar is broken in the base!! I go back and the guy is saying I'm not being reasonable by wanting them to pay for the repair. Needless to say I will NEVER go in there again. These people are horrible. He first started by calling me honey and ended by telling me I wasn't being reasonable. Never again.

Walked in while visiting Bakersfield for the day! The guys here were great! Even the girl had awesome customer service. They had amazing deals and were very patient with us while we scoped out the store and made several different purchases. Husband will be back at the end of the week when he comes back! Ya i knew they would give me the lowest price, but a $3,000 ring for $80.00 bucks ya right and then can tell me they would sell it for $1,000???? OMG not even gunna waste me time

Went in to sell a watch, not even a "hello" as I walked in. The two employees that were sitting behind the display case were looking straight down acknowledging nothing except their lap. Once he acknowledged me, he said, "one sec" 3 minutes pass of me just standing there like an idiot in front of him until get lazily grabs the watch and looks at it. The whole time speaking under his breath he tells me you're not getting much. Once he gave me the money for my watch he says there ya go bub. And that's it. Worst experience I've had at a business other than money hungry magic mountain lol

Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The staff doesn't know how to speak to customers. They show very little people skills and respect. They are very insulting....Will never go back there again. & I do not recommend anyone go in there !!!!!!!! I was going to put no stars, but that wasn't an option, so they got the lowest possible star available.

This is one shady pawn shop. I bought a bike there and was promised that it would be no trouble for my employee to pick it up for me in his truck as long as he had the receipt on him. When he showed up they wouldn't give it to him. He had to come back and have me call them and tell them to release the bike to them. Costing me extra time and money in paying him for his time. Plus they were rude. Then, I was promised the bikes tires would be re-inflated (they take the air out of the back so they can't be stolen) when the bike was picked up, "No problem - we always re-inflate them for the customer". So when he picked it up, they were flat, of course. He was told that they didn't re-inflate the tires ever. I called for the second time that day to inquire why they had told me that they would air up the tires and was told that they didn't do that ever - everything is sold "as-is". So, I have no idea if the tire is flat or just not inflated. These are little things but I believe the man basically told me anything to get my money then did nothing he said they would do. Don't believe them. Once they've got your money they aren't going to live up to anything they've told you beforehand. Just FYI.

This pawn shop is the cleanest in town and most professional too. They were very helpful and informative. I will continue coming there anytime I need the extra cash.

Stood in front of the shop for 15 minutes. Store does NOT open when they say they do. I went elsewhere.
