I didn't make an appointment because I came over right after my visit w/ my PCP.My temperature was checked on arrival and I was told wait time could be up to 40 minutes. Luckily I was called back by the patient access representative w/in 10 minutes. After spending about 5 minutes w/ her making sure my insurance info was all in order she took me to the locker room. I changed into a gown and put my items in a locker. My wait time was only a few minutes then the Xray technician took me to the exam room. She was quick, but pleasant. I returned to the locker room, changed into my street clothes and I was all done. Test results were sent to my PCP in a few days.

The walk in X-ray system is a joke. It took us three times to actually get in for my daughter's basic foot x-ray. Also, be advised that the waiting time the reception gives you is not accurate. We were told at check in that the wait was 45 minutes. An hour later during registration we were told that 45 minute wait began once we were actually registered and placed in waiting room in the back. Bring a book, a snack, water, a phone charger ... and don't make other plans for the rest of your day. Ha! Kidding but also kinda not kidding.

Have had my appointment cancelled and rescheduled twice. I understand that things like this happen but the person I spoke with (Shannon) was very rude. I was attempting to reschedule my appointment, and her attitude had the me leaving the phone call in tears. Not a person you should have speaking with the public at all.

Well I have tried calling twice and the first time on hold for 10 minutes as of now on hold 27 minutes!!! I can't imagine that many people are calling in to make appointments!!!

***This is a re post as they removed my review so i took out all of the "bad words" That were indeed needed in this review but for reasons of keeping this on here to let people have the chance to go elsewhere i will abide by the rules ;)****I'm going to start this with a warning....Only come here if you'd like to be screwed without knowing!! If that's your thing come on down this price is right for you!!! My son needed spine x-ray's the dishonest Dr (i call him that because he was that's in another review lol) Quest is in network let's get that outa the way this was before the stupid contract issues with BCBS and my EOB states this was in network as well so if they respond to this review Boom you can't say that was the reason! Anyway the place was empty when we arrived i'm assuming now the reason for that is everyone but me knows out the backwards billing practices they give regularly here ;)....Registration/billing sweet as a sugary pecan pie but don't let that fool you now the billing department are not! This is a stand alone imaging center and lab in no way is it at a hospital. Let's fast forward to now the bill i received in the mail from them and let's also refer to the EOB i received from bcbs. Bill said i owe $390 i was like what in the actual hell!! You see X-rays are covered 100% zero deductible on my plan always!! So i read the EOB and it says this is an In network hospital you saved money by visiting an in network HOSPITAL!! Ok well no we didn't go to a hospital! I read further it said since these services were done in a hospital this would apply to my deductible and i will owe the hospital $390!! Well i guess Quest teleported my son to the hospital to get these X-rays without me knowing?? i'm baffled i've been here before for CT's etc and i have never had to pay it's never been billed this way saying it was done in the hospital what the hell is going on Quest?? Nothing was said during registration and billing that my insurance would be billed as if we were in the hospital i was not given the chance to leave and go somewhere that has honest business ethics in billing...no other imaging/radiology/lab place here does that it's pretty fraudulent if you ask me you go in...in network knowing radiology is covered 100% on your plan and Boom you then get a big bill that basically says Surprise!! You've just been had!!Oh i'm sure i will have a ton of fun talking to my insurance company they're idiots too for letting stand alone affiliated or not radiology or labs bill extremely high bills assuming a hospital status for services that were indeed never performed at an actual hospital! I pay so much money for coverage like everyone else does and dumb ass places like this are trying to get ahead make their money back during a pandemic the wrong way! I'll deal with this the best i can fighting with both as i do but i can't lie i'm sure you feel i'm upset!! Beware is all i have to say if you have a PPO you will get screwed in your wallet very hard very deeply if you come here....

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have called to make an appointment to get an MRI and CT Scan done. I talked to someone after waiting almost an hour to call back. Then they tell that I needed the orders in front of me to make an appointment. I asked did she have my approval from my insurance she said no. I asked can I go in person and make a appointment she said yes. I go to Quest Imaging on Chester Ave they tell me that I cannot make a appointment in person. I need to fill out a form for someone to call me back. I called Adventist Health hospital and talked to someone they told to go to the Stockdale location. I drive on very to the Stockdale location Quest Imaging. The person tell me that they do not make appointments in person you have to call or fill out a form to be called back. I told her that I have been waiting now almost an hour to be called back. She said it's nothing that I can do you just have to wait to someone call you back. This makes no sense at all. I just got a call back from a person named Shannon she was very rude and unprofessional. I have a pacemaker and I gave the information. She was raising her voice at me, I had to tell her that I'm not your child. They need people with patience. I will never have any more imaging done here because of her attitude.

I've needed to get an X-ray for a week now. Due to them "only taking walk ins" for X-rays I have been turned away THREE times! They say due to high volume they aren't taking any more walk ins. BUT they don't take scheduled appointments for X-rays either... I feel like allowing appointments will take always from the "high volume" issue. I left work early on 2 occasions trying to get there in time. I arrived at 3 and still got turned away when they close at 6!! Incredibly annoyed and trying not to be a Karen, but COME ON!
