Quest Imaging - Chester

Scheduling does not return multiple calls for appointments, even when you stop in in-person and they take your information and tell you they will call you by the end of the day or tomorrow at the latest. This has happened to me twice within 3 months, causing me to have to reschedule two separate doctor's appointments, thus delaying two separate diagnoses.

This place was very nice. The young lady at the reception desk was not as friendly as could be and was very robotic. Asked for id and insurance card immediately and just said have a seat. I had questions because I had never been here but it didn't seem like she wanted to answer any. She continued the same with every person that came in after me. Needs more customer service for sure. Aside from that everyone else in the facility was great especially the nurse that did my IV. She explained everything very patiently and was great.

Great experience!!! Super clean and nice. Ultra- Sound Tech was very knowledgeable and pleasant. All staff was outstanding.

I had very little wait time to be seen for my appointment, how unusual! I had the kindest woman doing my ultrasound. She was professional and made me feel at ease. The experience was a good one, and since I absolutely hate these kind of things, I was happy with the experience and will use them if there ever is a next time.

Had to have an X-ray as well as an ultrasound so I came to Chester Ave. Quest. They were as always prompt, courteous and always mindful of your feelings. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They are very helpfull in every way. To check in, the waiting, personal very efficient, no problem when the procedure.

the apt desk is almost impaossible to get a hold of. i cx my mri on the 24th of december around 900am. today i got a reminder that my mri was the next day. i have been on hold for more than 45 min to cx an apt that was already cx.

Went for a Examination on Monday September 9. It was a very Pleasant experience considering why you are there in the First place. I sat down with a very informed, Professional, knowledgeable, kind, and caring individual to discuss what I was requesting to have done. Her name was Dora Serrato she was so easy to talk to and address my concerns immediately. She is to be Commended! If you need to have Imaging done the Chester location is Outstanding ask for Dora she is Amazing. Patient, Raymond Gallo

I was sent here by my doctor for a chest X-ray and CT scan. He had stat written on the orders. They were going to do my X-ray and I had figured I was going to have to schedule my CT scan. They were able to do both the same day but said I would have to wait for awhile for the scan. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I didn't come across one person who was rude or didn't go out of their way to help me. I can't say enough good things about this place!
