I have driven past this place many times over the years and I finally needed service for my rear brakes. The service was excellent. I had an appointment and they started immediately. I brought my own parts but I was told that I need extras. (Brake drums) I knew they were correct in letting me know that they were extremely worn, so I let them replace them. The service was fast, efficient and quality work was performed. I would definitely recommend Quarts Hill Auto Care to anyone who does not have a car under warranty. The prices were also reasonable.

A blessing out here in a sea of automotive centers just trying to make as much money as possible.Their staff helped me better understand what it was I needed to do to keep my car in the best condition. They didn't upsell me or overcharge me or suggest anything I didn't truly need. They then went above and beyond by giving me a plan for future maintenance including the estimate and noting it in my account for next time.It's very rare to find any business who is transparent and willing to put customer relations above the bottom dollar.So appreciated by this single mama!!

Placed a call to this establishment 2 months ago and left a voice message.....never heard back! Took my BMW and my business to Advanced Level Automotive In Palmdale and I'm so happy with their service! Highly recommend!!!!

My car was covered under carmax warranty, I couldn't get an appointment at carmax in a timely manner so I was able to make my appointment at this auto shop which is approved under carmax's max care. I dropped my car off on a Thursday and Friday morning QH auto called me back to let me know that my ac compressor and thermostat needed to be replaced. They aren't open on weekends and didn't have the parts so I had to get a rental (also covered by my warranty.) The receptionist at QH auto was amazing and gave me advice on how to get the most coverage with my rental car and told me to call her back if I had any issues. She was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to facilitate me picking my car up the following week. My car was fixed by Monday and is running great. Would bring my car back here for any future issues for sure!

This place is trash! When you you pull in there is like 100 cars all stacked up. It looks like a junkyard. I took my car up there after I made an appointment. Got there at 8am. Didn't hear from no one all day. I called around 2pm and said what's up with my car??? You had it since 8am. For a diagnosis! The girl says "not sure" let me ask. She said I'll call you back. 40 minutes later NO CALLBACK. I said what the hell ??? Gimme my truck. Very very very very bad service. Non responsive. Highly unprofessional. Can you imagine how bad the repair would have been? Stay away. You've been warned

Finding an honest mechanic is difficult. This place is solid, they know exactly what to do. They fix my car and my tamiles. We've been coming here for 2 years and we continue to be satisfied with their work. They also guarantee their work for 90 days I believe. The blonde lady at the front desk is the sweetest, I believe her name is Nicole. She has an eager to help attitude and is super sweet. To be honest, this place exceeds my expectations. Their work ethic is high. When I take my car for a basic oil change, they top off all of the fluids, they do a general check on my car, inspect the tires and much more. I don't even want to mention the prices. They're reasonable and give u a quote that's honored for 30 days, no fees for inspecting your vehicle either. They have my family and I as customers for life .

Repaired all of our vehicles at some point. Honest, reliable, and great pricing. We have recommended this place to others and everyone has the same experience. Why go anywhere else?

My son's car had a check engine light on and I found this place off Yelp with good reviews so gave them a try. They are awesome and respond so quickly. I dropped the car off Monday morning and it was done by Tuesday afternoon. I will definitely use them again. Wonderful people and they do a great job.

Hello yelp...Why trust someone? Only because you have to. But don't trust these guys with your car!Check engine light problem!!!Took my van to them because it's a big shop, being new in Lancaster it made sense. I was wrong... one thing let to another they wanted more money, warranty gave them more money, and still had the audacity to get me for more money! Mind you the light is still on!! Wtf!So between what I paid, and the warranty paid, they got about $2000. Check engine light is still on!!!Now to top it off they return the van back said it was something else , now the AC don't work. Not coincidentally Brenda (Brenda is the one that understands my frustration and where I'm coming from but don't know nothing about cars... less then me even) it's something you guys did! They didn't fix anything. Light is still on. Bottom line 2 types of auto repair shops. The ones who are stand up , and care , and these guys who don't care but pretend to. If anyone has a good shop they can recommend please help me out.Do not take your car here.Thanks for reading yelp!Please stay away from this Main Street shop.1 star because I got my van back. But 0 because lights still on! Before I forget I spoke with one of there techs he said..." I do what boss tells me"Change everything we possibly can eventually will fix it! What a joke guys...
