Quality Transmission and Clutch

I have an older truck. The transmission was rebuilt by another shop a couple years back. The shift shaft seal leaked fluid ever since. I took it back three times and they couldn't fix it. I gave up. I later took it to Quality Transmission and explained my problem. He ordered a seal, but it wasn't the right one. They ended up improvising a seal due to a factory seal was no longer available. No more leaking fluid. They did not charge me because it was not a factory seal. I offered to pay for the labor and he refused. He was just glad he was able to help me. What a guy! Thanks Rodney for the great service. I highly recommend Quality Transmission. Reliable, knowledgeable, and honest.

Rodney saved me. The dealer said a new transmission and repairs would be more than $10,000! I didn't have that kind of money so I called around and another transmission place recommended Rodney to me. I was able to get a used transmission with warranty for less than half the price! Rodney ran into problems, more because of the type of car I have (the first place I called said they don't even replace trannys for newer Subaru's because the cost is so high!) but he was able to get everything straightened out and the car runs GREAT! I see why Rodney was recommended and why his Yelp rating is so high!

OMG!!! I can finally write a review for this company. I had to take my Nissan Pathfinder to Rodney for help. Two different shop told me that I needed an new transmission. I simply said "ok." I wasn't going to let neither shop near my truck because they had not even looked at it. I called Rodney and asked him if he won't mind looking at my truck for me because I was told I needed a new transmission in my truck. He told to bring it in before 11am on that day. I had my truck towed to the shop. Rodney called me the next day and I didn't even want to answer the phone. I just knew it wasn't going to be good. When I called back, he told me it wasn't my transmission. HALLELUJAH!!He told me what the issue was, but I can't remember due to it being back in July, and It only cost me $156.00. Rodney is the man, rebuilt our transmission completely within two days with the best price and warranty we could find in town. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the services I was provided! My clutch went out on my car and I couldn't drive it. I took it to AAMCO & they wanted to charge 1620, then went down to 1420. It was frustrating because I'm not sure what was done but my car wouldn't start anymore after I picked it up from AAMCO. My husband found this business & let me tell you, it was the BEST thing we found! They were patient with me & trying to get my car towed there. When I finally got it towed, it literally took like one day. They did a free inspection on my car. Before repairing my car I was given options, either $1120 if I wanted lifetime warranty or $975 without the warranties . My car was fixed so quick! I picked it up the next morning! It only took like maybe a full day. They ended up giving me the warranty anyway! I loved that they didn't pressure me on whichever option I choose! They were honest & it's so hard to come across that in businesses for car repairs! I am always going to go back here for any car repairs! Don't be dumb & take your car somewhere else! You will be happy with your services from Quality Transmission and Clutch!

My pickup truck transmission was slipping and a local shop recommended replacing it. After receiving a couple quotes exceeding $4500, I considered selling the vehicle to cut my losses. I contacted Rodney at Quality Transmission and Clutch and he sourced a used tranny for less than half of the quotes. Customer service was top notch. Since I lived out of town, he arranged for me to drop my truck off, kept my informed of the progress, and did great work. The truck runs like a champ now.
