Excellent customer service at the Visalia store with Nelson. Bought two bed sets and a dinning table. All of them were sold at a decent price and were very high quality. Delivery took about a month - but that worked perfectly for me - so prepare for that. My only complaint would be that I would have liked for the delivery guys to have done a cleaner job. There were small pieces of trash (foam balls) left everywhere. Other than that, I would definitely go back again to purchase more furniture.

Sooo this place will try to swindle you!!! They tried to sell me a vanity for almost $1,700!!!! Then turn around and post all over the OFFER UP site the same exact items for HUNDREDS LESS!The vanity they "TRIED" to swindle me on for almost $1,700 is the same exact one that Quality Furniture is posting all over OFFER UP for $999. Seems like this place picks and chooses who pays what! SMH I will spread the word to everyone I know to NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE!I will be posting on google, BBB, Angies list, and every other forum as well!Horrible way to conduct business!At least have the common decency to hide the fact your robbing people for hundreds extra $$$!!!

This is my first Yelp review ever and I just have to say this is by far the worst furniture store in the valley!!!Walking into the store was great, one of the salesman was very attentive, helpful, and nice. I decide to buy a sectional ($2,500) for my moms birthday. Everything seemed fine until I was paying and different customer had come in yelling at them calling them thieves and what not... I'm sure everyone's first instinct would be to leave and not buy anything. Well I figured maybe HE just didn't have the experience HE wanted. We were told someone would call us to set a deliver date... no one called for like 3 day. We ended up calling them to set up the appointment. 2 weeks later our sectional arrives with no legs in the bottom of the couch. The delivery guys say they forgot them and that they would have them delivered to the store for us to pick them up and we should wait for their call... a week goes by and NO CALL! The store had no idea we didn't have legs delivered with our sectional!!! Which we got 3 days later. My mom had also called them to complain about the corners of all the pillows looked like they had been chewed on or not done properly. The woman's response was well it was probably your cat or dog.... only we didn't have a cat OR dog. We were extremely upset on how she handled the situation over the phone so we called corporate/owner. He apologized and said that we will received brand new pillows, just simply take them to the store. A month goes by and we call the store to check up on the status of the pillow delivery, they tell us they are no longer giving us new pillows because the delivery guys saw a dog in the house and we're just wanting new pillows. My moms response was just give me my damn pillows back and know that well never buy from you again. It's been 2 years and we still don't have our pillows!!!! The lady below is the saleswoman who we talked to on the phone. SO RUDE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Update: I went to the store and the staff was really great. They offered to get us a new mattress. We are planning to drop off the old one and get a new mattress. My mom bought a bed from here and the mattress was not in good condition. It came wrapped so it wasn't noticeable until after we assembled the set. Also doesn't come with clear directions. The mirror on the vanity had no instructions and there's no indication of where to position it

For real, from the manager to the salesmen, it's like night and day from the Fresno store. These gentlemen did a superb job and made me feel like I had known them forever. I bought a leather set of living room furniture and I will be back for a review on the couches. Buy from this store!!!!

Terrible store with terrible customer service. Our chaise broke so we used our warranty & went through the process of having it inspected & all that... we waited MONTHS to hear anything, I called everyday for a week straight to speak to someone about where my replacement is, finally got a call that we can come grab it and either keep the other one or dump it, they were not willing to deliver it to us without us paying so we reached out to the manager & he agreed to deliver it, few hours later it finally gets delievered & the guy straight up says " they only paid me to drop it off as is & pick up the old one" complete bullshit. This store is the worst.

This store is horrible!! I ordered a bed March 31They said 6-8 weeks for delivery.It's July now and still no bed!Asked for a refund June 17! They said would be delivered in 2 days! It's July 6 and still no bed! Went into store last week and said I want a refund again! They still refused to give refund! They stated I would have to pay restocking fee of 35 percent even though it's their fault!They called me today to say they can deliver bed. Again I said I want a refund due to the length of time and they again have not refunded my money and again said they will take 35 percent!!Multiple people have said the same thing happened to them!

It sucks, delay delivery, the seller told me 1 to 2 weeks, it took 3 weeks to deliver partial of my order just because I push the order, vanity came with 2 malfunction drawers, if they would've told me all this from the beginning I would go to a different furniture store.
