Whether it's furniture, bedding, appliances, etc. Quality furniture is the place to come and get your furniture. My wife and I had a very good, and easy experience thanks to Joe!! Joe is very knowledgeable, and can answer the right questions you're asking about your furniture, or whatever you may be buying from the store. We felt no pressure in the process at all. Joe's passion for what he does is amazing, he made recommendations and the buying process a very great experience. Great product, and great service. We ordered the entertainment center on the top on 12/31 from Quality Furniture on ming Ave in Bakersfield. 72 inch tv stand, clearly long and thin. We received a 68 inch stand and nothing like the store model we wanted. I called and went into the store for a week trying to get this fixed and re-ordered correctly and kept getting told there was nothing wrong with it and a complete run around. I was FINALLY able to get it re-ordered hopefully correctly being told it was in stock and it would take a few days. Here are we are almost 3 weeks later and still no replacement. I've been calling for a week trying to get info and delivery update on the new center & pick up of the old one and I am again told someone will call me back with no call back and being told for a week a truck arrived with an item matching what I ordered but waiting on paperwork. Again, completely giving me the run around. If someone would actually call me back and give me solid answers I would understand but I'm getting nothing. I've been patient for over a month and it's gotten me no where. I've been waiting and wanting a new entertainment center for a few years and I've just been waiting to find one I loved and to say this whole ordeal has been absolutely disappoining and frustrating is an understatement. Please, do not buy furniture from here. 10/10 do not recommend.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! And FURNITURE LAND. Same owners. If i could give 0 stars i would! Very dishonest employees. When they messed up on my order they did not want to help fix it and were very rude about it. Also know when you place an order consider your money gone you cannot cancel for whatever reason!! They will do anything to take ur money and guarantee a sale. So i took my business to furniture city and Mor where they are honest and transparent and do not lie about delivery time frames.

Horrible experience, they have now charged my card $6300 trying to force a transaction on me like I am a slave, they misled me and require me to take out additional funding to cover the shortfall on the order. Beware of people from this store, namely the manager BASEM and his manager Ana, these people are ready to lie to your eyes just to get money out of your pocket. Spoke to ANGELICA sales person , a dinning set was promised to be ready for pick up Saturday, I had asked her to please check inventory to make sure I was going to get it since I'm like 4.5 hours from Bakersfield, I was so clear about the specific time she told she had checked it and further more and I quote " I WOULD NOT PROMISED YOU THE ITEM IF I DIDN'T HAVE IT IN INVENTORY " ANGELICA WORDS, before signing the receipt I did asked her is crucial I have this item ready for pick up Saturday. Guess what ? is not in stock or will be until the end of July, after telling her that the time was crucial. I also told Angela I will be paying a driver to pick up the dining set to make sure dinning set is in inventory I'VE MUST ASKED HER LIKE 4 TIMES!!!! I'm out of pocket paying a pickup driver for Saturday, scheduled the driver with non-refundable deposit came to find out during the week the dining set will not be in stock or the dinning table was out of stock and will not be back after July 20th!!! I was sold something that is not in stock!!!!CALLED "ANGELICA "THE SALES REP !! MORE THAN 6 TIMES!! SHE NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS ANY CALL BACK. Called her like 4 times left messages with Alejandra and Carla, ANGELICA WAS WORKING THE DAY I WAS CALLING AND NOT ONCE TRY TO HELP ME SOLVED THE PROBLEM. Sales person was there and didn't even bother calling back a customer that was willing to buy furniture for a entire house!!!!. I'm so glad I only order the dinning set and I WAS PAYING WITH MY CREDIT CARD !!! 1pm finally I got a hold of Mike the Manager and he finally agreed to give me a full refund since the didn't have the dinning set as promised to me. I will say Mike- Manager was very helpful, nothing bad to say about him, Thank you Mike for helping me with this issue and for understanding the situation. MIKE handle the situation very well and understand and was very sympathetic to the situation. Thank you. * Angelica the salesperson NEVER once returned any of my phone calls completely ignore me* ANGELICA NEVER CARE TO CALL ME TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION. Went in to Qualify Furniture on Christmas Day to see the sale they were having. Just went into look. speaking with the sales Rep Shawn, who was very personalable, not pushy I decided to purchase the couch and loveseat. Was the quickest and best experience in a purchase. They do not resolve your problems have asked several times that my order was wrong and they keep telling me they are going to deliver! Still no delivery Joe has lied several times and does not help for shit he keeps making excuses! It's been over a month say they can not give owners number and transferring my invoice to the manager in Visalia which I was told her name is Janet let's see what happens. They don't even deserve 1 star !!! Will let you all know if they resolve anything!!

Do NOT purchase furniture from Quality Furniture. Save your money and invest in better quality furniture from a more reputable source.I wholeheartedly regret purchasing a couch and ottoman from Quality Furniture. The fabric ripped within a few months. I also paid extra to add a full size pullout bed. The bed is NOT suitable for sleep because it is sloped and immensely uncomfortable. It's clear that it wasn't installed properly. Our guests have opted to sleep on the floor instead, which is unfortunate.To make matters worse, the customer service is terrible. I have tried to file a claim, but they ultimately told me there is nothing they can do. Avoid this place at all costs. I deeply regret this purchase.

if I could give them 0 starts I would. this furniture store calls there self quality?! Well there is nothing quality about it! I purchased a couch set for a bit over 2,500 and has had problems since day 1 from the motors from the recliner to rthe couch ripping! the worst part is that they will not repair or replace, when purchased I bought an extra warranty but the warranty will not fix it because it should've have been done through store warranty. I have called left messages spoke to multiple people " managers" and everyone of them will give us the run around. people if you want furniture that is quality this is not the place!
