Luis and Co. were more than great. We had an issue with our vehicle and he was on top of it. His service was top notch, he was truthful and honest, and most of all, their cost of service was exceptional. We found our go-to auto service shop for all our vehicles. I had an issue with my Ford Focus AC unite , I called the shop on Monday, and they set up an appointment for the next day at @8:00 am , I arrived on time , they listen to my concerns and I left my car for them to check the car out . I thought they would keep it all day, but to my amazement, they called me around 9:32 am. to inform me of the problem and the cost to fix it . I gave the OK and by 1:30 my car was ready . I was very impressed with their customer service and courtesy and how they listened to your concerns . As a woman, l usually hate going to a garage due to a lack of respect women usually get "as if we do not know what we are talking about " in describing the problem . Quality auto service helped us out due to a emergency breakdown. We were on our way to Sequoia and Louis quickly put our truck in the repair shop and sent us over to mama k for breakfast while he repaired the truck and by the time we finished breakfast the truck was all repaired and ready to go. I felt they were truthful and explained everything about what was wrong with my car. I went to Firestone and they tried to sale me $2k of unnecessary AC repair. Quality Auto Service told me it was not an equipment issue but a plastic blend door was not working that directs the air flow. I believe Quality Auto Service is a trust worthy business.

I would like to thank Luis for fitting me in on his busy schedule. I was passing through Visalia and noticed a red battery light along with "Check Charging" come on. I took my Odyssey to O'reilly's Auto Parts- Farmersville (thank you Julian for all your help) for a free battery check to discovered a bad alternator. I called around and as normal most auto shops were booked up for that same day and I needed to find a shop to replace my alternator that day. Luckily Luis at Quality Auto Service worked me in his busy schedule and had the work completed within a couple hours after dropping the car off. The service was excellent and his prices were extremely competitive so much that I felt I received a lot of value for what I paid. Believe me, Quality Auto Service was one of several places I contacted. Some hung up or weren't answering but when I called Quality a few times - they always picked up and was very responsive in answering all my questions. Even going so far as to recommend I take my car to my local shop for further work to protect my investment (new alternator).In short, there may be more auto shops around the area who can provide similar level of service, honesty and great value but from my experience if I ever break down again in Visalia - there's no question I'm coming back to Quality. I had my vehicle towed to Luis from my house to get alternator replaced..communication was great, price was reasonable and service was excellent..I'm glad I found him on yelp..will definitely keep his number handy for future work and referrals
