Our washing machine began to stop during the rinse cycle. We called our home warranty company and they responded quickly. However, the technician they sent was inexperienced and either couldn't understand how to get the error codes during the diagnostic or didn't know what to do once he saw them, so he just left. This time, we called Quality Appliance Repair because Mike had fixed a similar error previously after another repair service gave up. Mike was on time, knew how to run the diagnostic, showed me the error codes, knew where to look for the problem, cleaned out the debris causing the issue, tested the machine and put everything back the way he found it. CALL HIM FIRST! He's the best in town!

Great service. Very honest and reasonable prices. Their service people are very nice even the receptionist who answers the phone and schedules appointments.

Excellent communication with Mike. Arrived on time and very knowledgable about our Samsung refrigerator issue. Unfortuantley, we did not end up getting it fixed since the problems was more costly than the fridge was worth. Definitely recommend Mike for his honesty and speed to diagnosed the problem.
