Pura Vida Coffee

I stopped by Pura Vida Coffee Shop on a quiet Saturday morning, and it was such a smooth and pleasant experience. With just one car ahead of me in the drive-thru, I was thrilled by how fast the service was--I even made it to my appointment on time!I ordered the Mazapán Latte, and let me just say, it was like sipping on dessert. Sweet, rich, and full of comforting flavors, it totally hit the spot for my morning treat. If you're a fan of sweeter coffee options, this one's a must-try.Overall, fast service and delicious coffee made this visit an absolute win. I'll definitely be coming back to explore more of their menu!

SERVICE IS THE REASON THIS PLACE WILL NOT MAKE IT, UNFORTUNATELY! PURA VIDA HAS POTENTIAL, WITHOUT A FEW BAD SEEDS CURRENTLY WORKING THERE. -hit and miss kinda place depending on who's working. Bad for the business owner. Sad! I ordered one hot latte ,one iced coffee, and bread. Received two iced coffees and the wrong bread. Went back and recieved a watered down latte. It clearly did not have espresso shots!!!! Like why over pay if you cant get an espresso shot or drink that should be better then dunken donuts watered down drinks. Like, that business isn't yours employees! How do you read an order wrong or do you do it on purpose because you charge before you make the coffe and if we dont tip, we customers get bad food/wrong orders. Aren't tips based on experience, so give a good coffee experience. I hope the owner or management shows this post to the employees. You dont dictate weather somone recives a good coffee. Just do your job and make the drinks (as the owner intends) and if the customer wants to tip you, they will!!! You employee can be the deciding factor if Pura Vida makes it or quit go to a large corporation and s@%t on their customers without hurting the person that opened Pura Vida. Quite sad actually, when one thinks about this situation. I looked inside, they have a beautiful espresso machine that has the potential to kick out strong shots of espresso. So when the employees are making drinks they should be nice, rich, creamy coffee drinks. - Pura Vida, send secret normal people to order some drinks and judge on your own. You need to fire some bad seeds, FYI!!!! Or re training everyone at the same time on how to properly make a drink and treat a customer, not based on if we tip or not. I like to tip after I taste my coffee!! In cash!!!! I hate when people feel entitled to a tip when they haven't done anything to deserve an extra .25cents!!!!

Great coffee with fun flavors! A drive thru spot, you can't miss the colorful location. When it's please, please note it does take a little longer. It's a small location so something to keep in mind. I had the horchata latte and loved it, i definitely will be back to try more drinks.

It's a really cute drive through but they usually take a good while preparing drinks. Their coffee, chai, refreshers, and strawberry horchata matcha lattes are decent, but honestly all their drinks taste super sweet. If you enjoy sweet lattes this is the place for you.

A great addition to the DT coffee scene that isn't SB! I've been here a few times, and I will say the wait times are hit or miss. Some days they will be super fast, while others I've had to leave just because the line of cars were spewing into the street or just completely in the way. But those small factors aside, the quality of coffee and small bites are amazing. The toasted Spanish latte is hands down my favorite coffee right now. Definitely worth a try if you've got a little time to spare.

I've had both good and not so good experiences here their breakfast choices are pretty good the drinks are pretty solid but I went a week ago and was assured that they serve cafe de la Lola which is a traditional Mexican coffee drink and was served the most mediocre barely warm flavorless coffee biggest waste of 7$ ever every other drink I've ever had from here has been pretty good but don't fall for it if they say they have this drink lol

Missed the mark for me which is unfortunate because I was really looking forward to trying Pura Vida out. I went by and grabbed the Brazilian lemonade because it sounded delicious. Staff was very friendly and got my order taken care of and exchanged some pleasantries while I waited for my drink. The drink itself was a miss, I was looking for some nice sour bite from the lime but it was borderline bitter and felt like I was chewing on a lime rind with the aftertaste. It had notes of sweetness to it from the milk and passionfruit but overall it was just a miss and I didn't enjoy it. Add on that it was nearly $7 just for a medium and it's an even bigger letdown. I might try something else one day but it wasn't a great first impression.

First time coming here and the menu looks so yummy I can definitely see myself coming back to try the other drinks. Unfortunately they only had large and XL cups which is okay because the prices aren't too big of a difference. But sometimes I don't need a big ol coffee haha. Customer Service was okay nothing special. Now the actual coffee Is delicious. I can tell it's really quality. I mean, just look at it. Overall, the wait time is good, the coffee is great. Couldn't try the food today but will next time

Toasted Spanish latte .I knew instantly when they handed it to me that it was going to be good, just look at that color! They know what they're doing at this drive thru coffee spot!

This is our second time going and each time was super good ! I got a matcha and my bf got their flan Frap and it had real pieces of flan which was something I thought was so cool and unique I've never seen a drink like that before ! The flavor was good in both drinks the flan Frap was a little on the sweater side I think next time I would get it without the Carmel but aside from that the food was good and hot as well ! My only complaint is they only had one guy working both windows which made our wait time longer unfortunately. There should be no reason a company has ONE person working on a Sunday or even 2 ppl, I think for a weekend there should be atleast 3 ppl. Employees should not have to be that stressed and over worked especially at a minimum wage job ! Our wait time was long but I don't blame that on the employee, he was actually really sweet and was doing amazing but I blame more so the store manager or whoever runs the shop. Overall has always been a good experience that would just be my one complaint!
