Poor customer service. Their sign says they do various types of prints (paper and clothing). I came into the shop to print a couple of posters. As I walked in there was no greeting just a plain "we don't do that" and that was it. Felt like they didn't even care and plus even if they were able to help me after all I would just skip.

Great staff with excellent customer service and I couldn't be happier with their work.

I called Print Shack about two weeks prior to this post about doing a price estimate on something, and they said they would get back to me in a few days. A week later, I called back and whoever answered said 'I guess they don't want to do it'. I understand a lot of things are going on right now, but I feel that things could have been handled more professionally, maybe an e-mail declining our business when we first reached out.I'm giving them 3 stars because my company worked with them in the past and we love their work (that's why I went there first), I just wish I experienced the friendliness of the staff that I'm reading about in the other reviews, or maybe more professionalism. Obviously we're going to go with a different company now, but hopefully we can give Print Shack another try in the future, and have a more positive experience.

Came here for copying services. They are much cheaper than the big name stores like FedEx and UPS, and give you personalized attention and help. Highly recommend for any printing needs.

Love Print Shack. We have been using them since the 80's. Owners Jason and Kim are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great business branding items.

Ok, so, I usually don't write reviews on here but this recent encounter deserves to be known by the great city of Bakersdale. My cousin is in the process of starting a local clothing line and came to the Printshack to get their logo embroidered on a batch of baseball caps. Upon receiving the finished products, and inspecting the quality of the work, they noticed that the logo was off-center & lacking in quality (very low thread count). When they returned to the shop to discuss these issues, the owner was incredibly rude, highly unprofessional, and unwilling to correct/resolve his mistakes. His response was "F**k you, I ain't giving you s**t." I would highly recommend you go to ANY other place in town for the "services" offered here, unless you enjoy getting ripped off and insulted straight to your face...

This place had terrible service. Quality of T-shirts and embroidery were horrendous. I would highly recommend to try any place else before coming to print shack.

Awful service!! I was cursed out by the owner Jason because I asked for a refund of my order. I ordered some shirts to be screen printed and every single one was crooked and had poor quality. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!
