Primo Burgers No 10

Picked up some breakfast burritos and I was hesitant at first because they have two point five stars but my brother said we couldn't go wrong. Honestly they were so good, loaded and hefty. I was full for the rest of the day, not in a bad way. If I'm in the area again I'll try something new as far as breakfast burritos go they are good. The only upset was no napkins in my bag and only one red salsa and on green salsa to share. But no further complaints.

Really like the food here. Cooked warn and portions are big. Good quality for the money. Friendly staff , helpful and polite. Nice casual place to grab breakfast lunch or dinner.

Horrible service they wouldn't let me place an order for pick up. Very rude so I go to the location and they're closing 30 minutes early. We will never be coming back to promo burgers again this is unacceptable.

Big mistake.... I didn't look at the Yelp reviews before I went!! I should have listened to my instincts.... we moved here less than 2 years ago and I read the reviews on Google only and it's 50/50. Looked at the pictures and I said I don't know... well I didn't want Farmer Boys, so I decided to finally give them a try and boy was I VERY disappointed!! For the money that you are paying for the food is not worth the quality at all!! Denny's has better food!! The carne asada is not real carne asada... beans taste like Rosarita beans from a can... No flavor... Rice no flavor! Pastrami melt is just okay, pastrami quality is cheap! To top it off, I came back gave them back the carne asada breakfast burrito and they gave me a burned patty melt instead. I could smell the burn of the meat in my car driving home. Spoke with the owner over the phone and he ended up hanging up on me... very rude!! They don't care about their customers... all they care about is that they've been around for 20 years. Also, while I was standing there waiting for my order they couldn't even understand the lady asking for her cheese to be melted on her eggs they couldn't even get that. The fact that the staff laughed in my face when I returned the food was very unprofessional and rude. They don't care... they're probably making minimum wage... you're just another number in their book... if you want good carne asada go to Tacos El Superior down the street... In-N-Out and Carl's Jr. have way better burgers than they do!! And their fries are cheap frozen ones... with fake ketchup packets!! The End!!!

After 21 years in Lancaster and ordering a combo burrito this morning see them use a smaller wrap with little eggs and little everything I decided to walk out the food is now cheaper out and the service is a bunch of illiterate people along with the culture

First and foremost I want to start this off by saying that these people are flat out crooks. They advertise one thing on their menu, however, turn around and charge you almost double the price of that. I ordered a chili cheeseburger combo that was advertised at $9.49, I was charged $16 because these people don't know how to add or how to price out what is on their own menu. Would appreciate if you guys could at least update your prices on the menu. On top of that 26 minutes for a burger is ridiculous .

I ordered a small drink and onion rings and it was $12Hard to believe!!! They had a lunch special with burger fries and drink for cheaper, but I don't eat meat Service was also slow, I watched the cook drop my onion rings at least 10 minutes after I sat down. Idk what he was waiting for. The rings were at least hot and fresh, but didn't taste much like onions

I used to go here all the time growing up, over the years quality has drastically changed. The breakfast burrito is basically all potato and it's not even crispy. For the price it isn't worth it and the lady seems racist. Go to a good place and treat yourself

Fuimos hoy en laMañana a desayunar y LaVerdad que horrible desayuno tan malo e insipido nada de sabor ni de nada . Aparte nada de amables las que trabajan allí . Y tiene cucarachas abajo de la una mesa Havia una cucaracha viva y laVerdad por ser primera ves y por última ves volvemos a ir allí que asco la verdad de todo . $30 por dos desayunos está bien pero pienso que no importa loQue pagues sino laCalidad de comida y de servicio tiene mucho que ver . Que te de den ganas de regresar pero allí no regreso ni porque sea gratis .

We ordered cheese and avocado omelettes. There was cheese but no avocado. Also the toast had hardly any butter on it. Considering the price we had to pay, they should have been more vigilant on making sure that the avocado was on the omelette and butter on the toast
