Primo Burgers

The best place to get Primo! This place serves great, fresh meals. Everything we sampled was great, and I heartily endorse this establishment. I've visited other places, such as the one in Palmdale on 47th Street, where the chicken wings fell short of my expectations. The fried zucchini and wings, however, were delicious and fresh right here!

The food is good. So that's obviously a good start. Their counter service, and their phone ordering service is very good as well, and they got everything right. I have one complaint. Please stop serving your food in Styrofoam containers. It makes the food really soggy and honestly, inedible. I ordered the club sandwich, and the fries and the bread was almost wet, it was that soggy. The lettuce was wilted. I had to deconstruct my meal just to eat it. I understand that with take out and hot food, there's steam situations and many things cannot be avoided. But, have you heard of it looked into cardboard take out boxes? The material is made to withstand moisture due to heat, and the food will stay fresher during the ride home. I'm not sure what the price difference is, but i think it may be better for your business then serving your customers soggy, wet food.The restaurant itself is nice, clean, not too loud with ample seating.

The price for two sandwiches fries zucchini fries and onion rings with two drinks 43$ omg the onion rings fell apart just a mess the bread on the pastrami sandwich was hard I'm guessing from stem they were supposed to put extra pickles and mustard there was a lot of mustard and like four pickles the burger was okay we brought it home but the lettuce was very wilted so I just took it off the bread was soggy but I like that the fries were both soft and hard same with the zucchini fries not there best job I was so unhappy about the price makes it hard to go out especially when it's not good

Okay so here is update review on my food I ordered today. I was really craving a wet burrito so I ordered one from here and to me it was not the best. I got chicken inside, the shredded chicken was flavorless and plain. I'm obsessed with their pico de gallo but they hardly put any inside my burrito. I'm not too sure what sauce they put on the outside of my burrito to make it "wet" but it reminded me of tomato soup. I know Primos does have some good food as a lot of people eat here but I will not be ordering this wet burrito again that's for sure. Now on the other hand my brother ordered the carne asada fries which he really enjoyed, he said they were "fire!" I've tried them once before and they were good, I just feel any of their meat here seems to be unseasoned and flavorless even when I had the Asada fries in the past the meat itself lacked flavor, so thank god for all the toppings it comes with. I think I will just stick to having burgers and sandwiches if I come here again.

Food is great and service is amazing. Our work crew grabs lunch from here twice a week. Highly suggest the avocado burger and/or the bacon cheeseburger. The lady up front is very friendly and accommodating.

Driving thru hungry here doesn't have many options as it's a desolate area, but this is one of the few better options. I'm discouraged to read some of the negative reviews, but sadly I can see the legitimacy regarding the customer service. Times we've gone, we were graced not experiencing it, but I've seen & heard other customers not treated the same as we've been. Other than that, we've been there twice & food was great. Hubby's had both burger and burritos that were good. I've had salads both times & they've been fresh with adequate amount of dressing. Lettuce always green & no wilted, brown lettuce leaves or those hard middle portions that are throwaways. Restaurants clean & people go in & out through out the day.Incidentally our last visit, we saw firefighters talking to the manager, who I over heard one stating that he loves their burgers & another saying love your food too.Just be your own judge & give it a try, you'll either love it or not like it, but I say give it a chance as it's one of the few decent places around here to eat.

The salads are sooooo fresh and they give a good portion. It hit the spot after I added pickles and red onions

I found a hair in my food and they didn't say anything. I will not be coming back to this restaurant.

I just had a crispy chicken salad with ranch dressing and it was delicious. It was a large portion. Will definitely order again.Great friendly customer service.
