Primo Burger

I called in a to go ordered Sunday evening , the girl on the phone was very friendly. The place was very clean and the food was ready when I got there. The food taste fresh and hot I would come back if I were in town.

I stopped by here after a workout without even looking at the yelp reviews. It was basically empty on a Friday at 5PM. The menu is very large so I understand that people's experiences might differ greatly depending on what they order. I ended up getting a Primo Burger for $11.01.The burger is huge. It's a classic diner burger except with the addition of avocado. It's a bit satay but overall a good burger. $11 is getting up there in price but unfortunately that's the new normal in this economy. I have nothing to complain about the food or service.

Amazing as always ! Fast food big portion and the shakes are the best ever on a hot day I even had one with my breakfast !

Ordered a Carne Asada burrito and got 95% beans and rice. What a waste of $11. It looks like someone sprinkled roast beef on it and called it good. Poor quality of food

Primos is known for their breakfast burrito! 4th time I have gotten it and all 4 times it has been nice and fresh! The hash brown was nice and fresh and not hard. Salsa was excellent like always. The service was great also. Came here at 8:30am.

The double cheese burger and fried zucchini is always . Usually get once or twice a month with my dad

This is the first time ever complaining about Primos on Division Jay Lancaster her family orders from here all the time but this today was the very first time I've ever found a piece of metal in my burritoc

Unfortunately, i have to leave a 1 star review for this joint.We called our order in to have it ready for pickup. Lady told us will be ready in 10 minutes . We called again to confirm after 10 minutes the order was ready, the lady stated yes. Upon arrival they told us they were still working on it, and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes! For some 15 minutes is nothing, however for us, we are working and on the clock. We only have such little time to pickup on our breaks. Anyways, after reaching the location, we were charged an additional 10$ on each order! My review is for my order only, i had a meal which was supposed to be about 10$ and some change. At the window she also stated 10$ and some change. After swiping my card she charged me 20$ and some change. We thought maybe she made a mistake but then everyone's order were overcharged.We called and tried to speak to a manager there, regarding the discrepancy for either a partial refund for the difference or some sort of comp, we never got to speak to a manager the lady put us on hold after explaining why we needed a manager for 23 minutes before we decided to hangup. We tried to call back and no one was answering after that... like they didn't want to deal or help us.. Truly unprofessional and unacceptable. I don't think we will be back, due to their customer service and lack of support. We are better off ordering from lancaster blvd and paying 15$ to $20 for our meals than to be overcharged and treated poorly after that. We'll consider this extra $10 charged as a involuntary donation to the "poor" since they are acting soo poorly. Hope it was worth losing a handful of customers.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. This was our first time there. I was surprised that there is a large fire place. The French fries were good. The zucchini was good but at $8.95 a bit expensive. My husband ordered 2 fish tacos and I ordered the fish basket that came with three pieces of fish, a lot of French fries, and something they called tartar sauce. They put the "tartar sauce" on the tacos as well. The fish was not good. The tartar sauce was what the base for potato salad would be: mayo, mustard, and pickle relish. I was disappointed in the meal and with a large soda came to over $37 for a fast food lunch. Too expensive.

Good food ok prices. I have ate here a few times good burritos. Not the best place in town but not the worst.
