Primetime Signs & Banners

I was referred to Dave and Primetime Signs by a business friend. Dave does not answer his phone but by email which I thought was unusual. He got back to me quickly which was nice and we talked about the small job I needed done on our business window. When he sent me the proof there were multiple misspelled words which I thought was crazy, unprofessional, and frankly the opposite of what you hire a sign guy for. He never got back to me about the misspellings, so strange! We hired someone else in town.

The quality of work at Primetime Signs is good work. It is on par with other manufacturers in town. My problem is the level of professionalism by the owner of this establishment. I have never worked with a vendor who I would have to hunt down to get a response or to even take my payment. Upon multiple emails to Dave, he responds in the most unprofessional manner. I don't care if there is COVID or not. There is absolutely no excuse to be rude to paying customers.If the work this company provides is on par with the rest of the industry, then I see no reason to ever do business with Dave and Primetime Signs.

This company does an excellent jobs with signs and banners. I have used them for business and various sports teams that my children have participated on their design work is top notch and the quality of the signs is excellent! Best of all, the product is ready when they say it will be!
