HORRIBLE customer service. I called weeks ago to RESERVE tables and chairs. The lady said: no need to don't worry we got you, we got them. I TRIED to pay ahead of time and she wouldn't let me. Come baby shower day, I called when they opened and asked just calling to say we spoke a few weeks ago to pick up the chairs and tables. She said we're out of the tables you want. I said you ASSURED ME you'd have them. You said. She said we only have round. So I said ok I guess I'll take them. THEN SHE said WE CANT DELIVER because YOU DIDNT RESERVE THEM OR PAY AHEAD OF TIME TO RESERVE THEM. I told her you specifically told me I don't have to!!! What the hell is wrong with this company!! They don't know what they're doing. Don't get anything from these guys!!The back and forth almost caused me to give premature birth!! Any stress I feel and I've been sent to the hospital already twice for premature contractions. What the hell is wrong with you people!! Learn to take a reservation or just don't do business at all.

Found this place on Facebook. I Called 3 days before my party, thinking it would be to late, a lady picked up and said she had what I needed a boy bounce house, I pick toy story. Then she said she would text me later. She did and sent me a photo of the jumper, I said yes this is the one, she asked for my address and told her what day. Thinking everything was okay, the day of the party I was waiting and waiting... nothing. I texted when they were coming... nothing. Then I call and someone picks up and passes he phone to someone else I asked where they were and she says did you go to the website and put down a deposit? I said nobody told me to, you only ask for an address. And she hangs up! Then I call back and it rings and rings and rings no one picked up. I can't believe it. This place is ridiculous. She could have handled it so differently, like given me a discount for half a day, or something?! Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time.

Amazing!! Thank you to the wonderful, friendly and hard working staff. Prices are extremely reasonable and water slide was so much fun! I would recommend to anyone in the Antelope Valley and surrounding areas.

I've tried to reach out to this place to get party decor for my wedding reception and they are never there. They have a storefront with posted business hours but have been closed during those hours every time I drive by. I called the number posted on the door and the lady was somewhat unprofessional in telling me to try back another day. I will be going somewhere else for my table linens, etc. :/

We rented a few chairs and tables and they over charged us. They told us they would return the money to our card. It has been 2 weeks and no refund. They told us we can come to the store and get the refund cash but they don't stick to their store hours. It says 8am to 5pm weekdays and we came before 4pm and they were closed. When we came to drop off the chairs and tables there was no one there, we had to call someone. I would not recommend, will not be using them ever again! Update: we finally got the money, but still the business is very unorganized so I do not recommend.

This is a terrible place to rent party stuff from. 1st of all they make it very difficult to contact and get ahold of anyone. They quoted me one price and tried to charge me 25$ more when I called to pay. They showed up with my tables and chairs the night before my wedding and didn't bring the table clothes.and when they did it was at 930 at night. They told me they would pi k up the stuff Monday and showed up Sunday when nothing was prepared for them to pick up. Bad business and bad customer service all around.

I placed a reservation for 125 chairs for June 11. Called in the next morning to cancel the reservation and was told I would receive my deposit back within 2 days. No deposit was return. Called several times and was told she would look into it and call me back. I had to continue to call. I then received a copy of the invoice over a week later and the bottom states there will be no refunds. I was never told that over the phone. The did not return my money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

This place don't answer the phone, went to their business, it says open, wrong it's closed, try calling, no answer, sucks.

I've been here twice and both times they have been very helpful. I don't understand the bad reviews. So I read the reviews but my husband went ahead and ordered from here, before I told him about the reviews. He said, oh well. I already ordered. Everything went well.
