Cute little cafe that has the bops playing. I love getting the crème brûlée milk tea it's very flavorful and the pudding is so good. Usually I just walk in and place my order on the kiosk there is no hassle, employees are pretty quick with getting the orders out.

A pretty solid tea shop in the area! You order on the kiosks and interact pretty minimally with the staff (ideal for me). There are plenty of places to sit and chat, and it's kept clean. Orders:Roasted Oolong milk tea with grass jelly (0-30% sweetness, less ice): my go to tea order at most places. Taro milk tea with boba (30% sweetness, less ice): I order this when I'm craving something a little sweeter than normal. Good taro flavor. This past time, the boba was a little too soft for my liking, but it may have just been an off day. White peach oolong tea with coffee jelly (30% sweetness, less ice): my wife's favorite. If you like strong tea flavor, you'll like this one. Just a hint t of peach adds a bit of sweetness. I will say, I think the coffee jelly add on is a weird choice, but she loves it. Overall, we will be back! Check it out for some good tea and chill vibes.

Customer service is lacking, displayed menu prices are different from what they actually charge you. If you don't pay attention you will be charged more than what they're advertising. Came in to order a black milk tea and strawberry snow. Price on their displayed menu showed $5.75 for Assam black milk tea and $7.00 for the strawberry snow. When the cashier rang me up I was being charged $6.00 for the Assam black milk tea and $7.50 for the strawberry snow. I asked about the price difference and was initially told by both the young female worker and young male worker that they didn't know why there was a difference in price, then they said the prices on the menu were probably old. When I asked if they could honor the displayed menu prices, they flatly said no. They advised they could not change the prices in their register, but the young male said he would let his manager know so they could change the displayed prices. I asked if they could contact the manager to ask if they could honor the displayed menu prices and the male employee mumbled to me, "Yeah but we have drinks to make first." The female employee subsequently texted one of their managers, Christine. After a handful of minutes there had been no response, nor any attempt to actually make a phone call to said manager or any other manager, about the issue. I didn't want to waste any more of my time there and now had a bad taste in my mouth about the whole experience so I left and went elsewhere. Would not recommend this place. Bad business practices or at the very least poor management.

Can't even order without a screen infront of me.. coffee is okay. Thai tea could be better, very watery and hard boba.

Stopped by on a Saturday night and it was empty! All the fruit drinks are syrup based. I got a strawberry matcha almond milk tea and it was delicious. I ordered from a kiosk, but the barista was quick to answer any questions. The pearls were a great consistency of sweet and chewy. Love the cute decor and spacious space for seating.

My favorite boba place in bakersfield! I am a huge fan of their Matcha Cloud but because it was so hot today, I decided to try something new and ordered their Mango Cloud through their app. I ordered when I left the house and by the time I arrived and parked, I was notified my order was ready! I went inside to pick it up but I wanted to let the worker know that I'm here to pick it up however no one really noticed. I love that the workers were focused on making drinks but they weren't attentive to who's going in and out the store. I could've just taken my drink and left but I didn't want them to think I "stole" it.The mango cloud was pretty good. The first sip was very very sweet, but after drinking it more, it tasted just right and was very refreshing!

Go-to boba shop!! Love their Vietnamese coffee! But no wifi /connection so not good study spot haha but great to meet with friends and chat ^^

If you've never been to a boba place yet, make sure you have a few minutes to review the menu. They have sooo many options to choose from. From the usual go to Thai Milk to a Mango Slush, the selection is endless. The staff was pleasant and worked on getting orders out quickly. It's a cute little establishment and I hope they open a place up on the east side which is much closer to us. All in all though, it was well worth the drive.

I have been wanting to try this place out for a while now and I'm so happy that I did! We had wonderful service and our drinks are great! The lovely man helping us gave us great advice and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend the Vietnamese coffee and the strawberry Cloud. So good!

I don't like writing reviews for experiences, but I felt obligated to. I went to the store in Allen, and my drink was excellent! However, I was very uncomfortable in the store. There was an extreme and awful odor that plagued my overall experience... The customer service was amazing; it was. Unfortunately, I was unable to stay due to the stench.
