Preferred Window Tinting

Over the years we've brought many vehicles here for our tinting needs. The pricing is fair and competitive and they have great service as well as use the best tint films in the business. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They got my car in immediately when I showed up for my appointment and had me out the door ahead of their expected completion time for the whole car this last time I went. The Llamar ceramic tint makes the summer heat bearable, as well as increasing the efficiency of your ac system while providing that style and privacy you want.

This is my second review. Just finished getting my third vehicle tinted. My experience has been positive 3 times in a row. My vehicles look amazing, and the tint is very smooth. They did not try and upsell me on any products. It's a very smooth operation at this store. The front desk lady and the back tinting technicians work well together. Over all a great value and experience.

Great quality and people. They were super helpful in talking to me about my options in the car tinting I requested. They also helped me a few months later when one window had some minor unexpected bubbles. Great value and business! Taking my other vehicles there!

100 percent recommend. Long overdue review, but I discovered this place after 5 star tint damaged my vehicle. Preferred runs circles around the competition in terms of being professional, understanding customer service, and executing a flawless job. Have now taken several of our vehicles here and have never had a single issue.

Very nice job on my tint! Only place I take my cars too!!! Only thing the girl in front can be more friendly... She's very short n we had to really grind at her to get into on the tint... I will take my cars still! And recommend as I always have!!

Had all my car windows tinted. The service was great. The prices are reasonable and they give you many options. It be quality of the film is great. Highly recommend

Took my vehicle at Preferred Window Tinting in Lancaster CA. I asked for dark tint in the front and that didn't happen. If you're going to take your vehicle here, take your time to look over your vehicle because you could be missing trim pieces before you leave. The work quality is not good, they sprayed soapy water everywhere and did not clean it after they were done. The worst part is finding a broken blade next to my niece car seat. I can tolerate the other issues I listed above but the broken piece of blade is a no go for me. If the business stated they are doing a final quality checked before you leave, then they should have never missed that. I'm glad I looked and complained. They want me to go there so they can assess the vehicle, then what? A sincere apology would have been all it took to made it right but that's not the case.
