Postal Asap

The staff is very friendly. I am a local and live in an area of Tehachapi that does not get mail service. I use this business for a postal box and to recieve packages. So far I am very happy with the services they offer. One perk I like, they will send you a Email when you have a package and eventually they get to know you. So if you randomly stop in they will tell you if you have a package or not. Great customer service.

I use to ship packages from here often because of convenience. They charge more for stamps and shipping than the regular post office does. I decided I should stop being lazy and drive just a little little further to save money. There is a notary available, also printing, faxing and scanning. Incoming and outgoing for all carriers. I have to say the previous owners had great customer service and the ladies working were all so nice. The new owners don't have the same customer service. So for me I will continue to drive to the post office.

They ate really nice and real headfull. They keep an eye on the delivers and keep am eye on who comes in to make sure you are getting your right packages. They even help you carry your packages to your car.

It saddens me to give bad reviews on family owned companies but this place is trash! I gave it one star because I had to, but it doesn't even deserve that. I'm actually baffled as to how this place is still in business. Owners and the people that work in there are absolutely rude and act like you're an inconvenience when asking questions. I have seen the man yell at a lady because she could understand what he was saying. The lady owner is so snooty and huffs and puffs when she has to go check something for you. After trying a few times doing business in there (because I like most humans have bad days and thought it might have been that) but never again after today. I advise you to use the UPS store that's in the same parking lot.

I rarely need Postal Service but when I need it I always go to postal ASAP they are amazing kind wonderful people they have beautiful hearts. They are always hard at work no matter what and the beautiful young lady her name is Simmi, She goes above and beyond customer service she's patient, loving, caring and considerate and she'll take a little bit of a time (super busy woman) to talk to you. Or just to say thank you for bring your business to her. getting your mail on time getting your packages on time and properly organized she's just so wonderful the whole family is wonderful the husband is a great guy doesn't speak much but very kind very respectful thank you so much for all your hard work. I appreciate you guys being there on time all the time even in this crazy times of the pandemic. Keep up the great job

I hesitate to review in my home town but feel strongly about my experience here. I came in needing to get a letter to Montreal as quickly as possible. The man behind the counter said the soonest would be to send Fedex or express mail. When I asked how much I was quoted $75.00 to have it there within a week. I balked and asked for a cheaper way to send a letter. He quoted me 50 something! Worst was he really did not seem to care to help me. Thank you no, I went to UPS.Amazing how $75 turned into $9! Letter sent!Really, I will not recommend this place as they were quite happy to rip me off - buyer beware!

Would not recommend. Owner "Swallow" is sadly not professional in her actions. Location is ok if no issues arise. Had no problems for a year or so. But...I requested reimbursement on a $60 package after the owners daughter admitted it was delivered there in our name, but was given to another customer in error. Took a week, but was finally reimbursed. Should have been the end of it, but I apparently had made the mistake of telling the owner that I would not be planning to renew my mailbox in 3 months when my contract expired. Next time I checked my mailbox I found a box termination letter with $20 (not 3 months worth) and was told my box was no longer mine in 10 days and the lock would be changed. No time to have my mailing addresses changed. Apparently some sort of spiteful or revengeful act. Not becoming of a local business owner. Some sort of hostility apparently runs close to the surface there. Recommend using one of the other two private mailbox locations or the post office itself.

I recently moved to the area and, knowing that postal delivery was problematic in the community I'm living in, I rented a box here in advance of my move.The business changed hands between the time I rented the box and actually started using it, (about June of 2022) so new owners were at the helm as soon as I moved here. Swallow and her family are the nicest people and doing all they can to make this little business hum. They are all super-friendly and always offer to help carry bigger parcels they are holding for me. The learning curve has had a few bumps as a new family settles into this business, but they have been very helpful in sorting things out and trying to make sure everything possible is done to help me. It's so convenient to get my mail and packages here (right behind McDonald's) and I hope that this business, with a somewhat checkered past, becomes super solid and successful for the new owners. I wish them the best and thank them for all their attention to my needs, and for their focus and bravery in taking on a small business in challenging times!

Had a great experience here the other day. The new owners are really working hard to make this an excellent business. They are helpful, polite, friendly, and - most of all - know what they are doing and bend over backwards to satisfy the customer. Joey is a real asset; cordial with good communication skills and fast on the computer. I am impressed with the changes that have been made by the new owners and know they will be successful in their endeavor.
