What another pharmacy is town told me would take 9 hours to fill, Porterville Pharmacy filled right in front of me. I was in and out within 20 minutes, even as a new customer with multiple prescriptions. I will certainly be filling my prescriptions here in the future.

I have been going here for about 1 year , here lately they have hired some very unfriendly clerks /cashiers ! There customer service was great the last 2 months the staffing has changed ! The pharmacist John is very nice !! I just wished they would hire friendlier staff for the cashiers !! Horrible experience today ! Very unhappy with the service I received !

If you go during the week you get great service. John and his staff really know how to treat their regular customers! The pharmacist working the weekend is RUDE ,mean, and just very unpleasant. We will never go back during the weekend.

Very rude associate John, if that's even his real name. This rude man speaks for the pharmacist even though he has no pharmacist license.This pharmacy is the only pharmacy in porterville that has my diabetic medication at this time. I was told by the pharmacist, if I want my medication filled I would have to transfer all my prescriptions to Porterville Pharmacy and then they would fill my Perscription. I get my doctor to send my script over to them and they tell me, in order for them to fill my diabetic medication, I would now have to have my husband also transfer all of his scripts to Porterville Pharmacy on Putnam. Can you spell Extortion! Please don't use this Pharmacy. They think we are stupid people here in porterville.Well, they are going to get one rude awakening. I would love to know how many others they have done this too. Illegal practices to build their business and clientele. Shame on them.

I chose this pharmacy because they are across the street from the hospital. I figured easy and close for me to get my prescriptions after I leave. Well they are the worst. Told me it would be ready in 20-30 mins and they took 1 hour while I'm sitting in the car in pain. I get home and they mislabeled one of my prescriptions, and they medicine that I needed which they made me wait an hour for, it wasn't in my bag. So they call telling me it's now ready acting like they didn't mess up in the fist place and the man was being so rude cutting me off. They need to get their staff together or double check what their handing out. Lesson learned. Never going there again. Horrible, horrible service.

Always slow, was told all the time my prescriptions would be done in 15 minutes and a hour later still not done. When I was fed up and wanted to go to another pharmacy they didn't want to let me change and got another run around.

My older sister with Alzhiemers/Dementia was prescribed Namzeric by Living Waters clinic. The price at CVS and other pharmacies was over $400 a month. Living Waters found it for me at Porterville Pharmacy for initially $195 a month, and it has now come down to $150 a month. This drug has been LIFECHANGING for my older sister.Yes, you sometimes have to wait. My drug has to be shipped in, and many times I am told it will be there in the morning, when it doesn't get unpacked until the afternoon. I just try to order it on the phone well before it is needed, and try to come in around noon.

I need them to communicate with each other and be honest about how much longer I need to wait. Because this is insane, unprofessional, and flat out rude!! 20 minutes...I'm sorry, 10 more minutes...oh, another 10 minutes...10...10...10...on and on and on...I've been here for well over 2 hours, because I have a feeling they're following the "out of sight, out of mind" procedure. I'm in a lot of pain, they should know that because of the medication they're promising to give me at least 2 hours ago. You know, just be honest, and I can come back. Don't waste people's time and energy by promising something you can't do. Their reason? "Oh, we're busy." I literally saw everyone arived after me leaving before me. Seriously, Porterville Pharmacy? I am beyond disappointed and angry.No more of this b.s.!!!
