Porterville Ford I've bought vehicles from ford plenty of times total 3 cars, their bumper to bumper warranty is a joke, crack windshield is covered by it but Porterville ford won't cover it, I've called fords customer relations and they said vehicles warranty is still valid and that it should be covered although PORTERVILLE ford won't, their excuse is that the window company won't warranty it so ford won't, I will never buy a ford again from here or any ford for that matter!!

I happened to stop by Porterville Ford today because I saw this beautiful 2014 blue Corvette parked in front for sale. Since I already owned a Corvette I wasn't in the market to purchase another one. I only wanted to admire the pretty blue one. Gonsalvo met me practically curbside wanting to show me the Vette. The next thing I knew we were going for a test drive. He did not high pressure me but made me a deal I could not pass up. I highly recommend Gonsalvo for your next auto purchase. I had a very pleasant experience making this purchase.

I was there this morning getting a recall fixed on my vehicle. As I was sitting in the waiting area, I had to hear what I can only imagine was the manager, absolutely going OFF on his employees. Voice raised, several F bombs, hitting his fist on the counter. This went on for an uncomfortable length of time. He was accusing his employees of not working hard enough or well enough and costing him money. I felt it was completely unprofessional to have that conversation in ear shot of a customer. And it wasn't even a conversation - it was an absolute tirade. Talk about a hostile work environment. That man should not be managing people if he can't keep his temper in check. What a ridiculous display in what should be a professional environment. I hope his employees all walk out and leave him to do it all himself.

James Ward is without question the worst individual I have ever encountered in a management position. His very abusive attitude leads me to wonder why they allow him to even work there. He even threatened to refuse to do business with me. After dealing with Clevenger Ford for many years, as a very satisfied customer I'm afraid I have made the decision to move on to Will Tiesiera in Tulare.
