I have a Mazda. My key fob stopped working. I stopped in at Jeep Porterville.Hector Kosonoy greeted me and tested battery.It was weak. Tanya Fuentes and Joel Newberry looked up how to get battery out and where to get another one.People there are very nice .Great customer service.Thank you to Porterville Chrysler.

Came in to purchase a car. Don't have the best credit so it was a long shot. Ended up purchasing a 2023 Jeep Renegade Latitude. Hector was our salesperson and was awesome! He genuinely cared about our needs and made it happen for us! The manager that was working that evening was very understanding of our situation and got us into a new vehicle without having us compromise what we wanted. Man where do I start, from the beginning when I first called Rick he was very patient with me and answered every single question or concern I had about the truck I bought from him! Everything was pretty much done on the phone until I went in to buy it and make it final. One thing I hate is a seller that's very pushy and I'm rush for everything! Rick is the complete opposite of that, it's what every dealership should look for when hiring! Very happy with my truck ! I recommend you call and ask for Rick !

THE BEST EXPERIENCE BUYING/SELLING A VEHICLE EVERSold my Challenger to Porterville Dodge and I have to say- after buying and selling dozens of cars and trucks in my life this was the absolute best transaction that I have ever had with a car dealership. Fast, friendly, honest, and overall just perfect. I had the pleasure of working with Jared and he was direct, to the point, and from my perspective honest. Most dealerships say they want you to leave happy and satisfied with their service but always leave you feeling like you got ripped off or taken advantage of. Not here. From the moment I spoke to Jared on the phone he was professional, courteous, and actually listened to my needs. Meeting him in person was no different. I appreciated that there wasn't a bunch of fluff and "used car salesman talk." He literally addressed my needs, my motivators, and facilitated a transaction that left both parties satisfied. Excellent communicator and knowledgeable. Sales representatives like Jared is why you buy and sell your vehicle with a reputable dealer and not some online robot service like Carvana or Carmax. The worst part of buying or selling a car is getting worn down over long talks, negotiations, and wasted time on fake quotes (like an episode of pawn stars). Not here. My appointment was at 10am and I was shaking hands, signing paperwork, and driving off the lot by 11. Although Jared was willing to accepted my minimum offer he knew I wasn't satisfied with it and negotiated further to make sure that we were both happy with the deal. This is the the reason he gained a customer for life. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Porterville Dodge! We drive here from Bakersfield to have our service done on our one ton dually truck since buying it from the dealership in Bakersfield and we've had 9 recalls and the service department in Bakersfield is awful. We first called here and they could get us in right away, unlike our local one. Friendly and knowledgeable regarding our issues, which was a plus. Since we have been very frustrated buying the most expensive Dodge truck they have then getting all these recalls!!! Ack!!! It is a 45 minute drive for us but once here they do go over everything they're going to do to our vehicle and also we have them do some maintenance that we have to pay for too. No one except the dealer can clear the codes on these trucks so you have to have them do your service, go figure. So they got our business and money. They were friendly, efficient and handled us in a timely manner since we drove from out of town and had to wait for the vehicle. Well worth the drive.

Horrible customer service!!! Called them a lady answer asked a question if they take drive in oil change or appointment only and the receptionist didn't even know (smh) transferred me to auto repair and no one answered. I went to there website and it says express/ drive in oil change is available. Went the next day at 8am and I was told appointment only but I could leave my car and they will see if they can get it done but not guaranteed "depends on who shows up to work" really??? You guys don't know how many employees will show up to work to that day??? I guess they don't want to make that money! I told them I'll just take my truck to Visalia. They didn't even stop me they just said "ok". If I could give them 0 star I would. Lazy workers!!!

This specific dealership needs to work on professionalism. This is my second time coming here and the some employees here have dirty mouths. I understand that we all wanna have fun at work but when there's children in the waiting room, they should be watching what they say.My check engine light came on Friday, I took it in and had to leave it for the weekend. They promised me that my car would be done by Monday. I called in on Monday and they postponed my pick up time. I've been car less for 2 days, I've asked for a rental and they haven't communicated anything or got back to me. Certainly not coming back to this dealership ever again.
