Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Made a mobile order and it still took 30 mins to get food. Don't bother here unless you have time to wait.

Busy Sunday at this truck stop location, inside the T&A. The wait was predictable for the line, perhaps 10 minutes to get a chicken sandwich, the food was perfectly executed Popeyes, but the seating area was not being cleaned up and tables wiped down.

I have to admit, no matter how dialed in my diet is, Popeyes Spicy Chicken has always been involved. Over the years, I feel the franchise has declined. I stear clear of some locations because it's gotten so bad.This location gives me hope. A frequent stop in my travels between LA and Bakersfield, this location is consistent in its quality of fried chicken. The staff is courteous and they are hustling to keep the lobby cleaned and stocked. There are times when its uber busy, the double bus, but that is expected and when it dies down they are cleaning tables and cooking more food. The level of service from Mercedes was 5 star. Very pleasant person.In all my visits I haven't had an issue with my food. The Fried Chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside with tons of flavor. The restaurant is part of a truck stop, so you can pick up supplies for your trip too.See you next week.

Located inside the TA Travel Center at Tejon next to the Tejon Outlets.There are several fast food outlets inside including Popeyes. We ordered the Bayou Bundle which included six pieces of fried chicken and two sides for under $14.00. Including six biscuits we had lunch for three under $20.00. Plenty of tables and chairs.Everyone who enters the front door is greeted with a friendly welcome.Our printed receipt was not Popeyes but TA Center. The seating area is shared with Subway.

I ordered online and when i went to pick up the food they said they are out of that item. Lady at front desk was so rude.

I had been craving Popeyes for a while and finally decided to have a cheat meal and it all went to waste. The guy who took our order was helpful in explaining what's in a combo, meal, etc. since that is confusing if you aren't a regular. I was looking forward to the boneless wings, tots and biscuit. As we were ordering they let us know that it would be 6-8 minutes for the biscuits and we were okay with that. But by the time we got our food everything else was cold. We had an order of popcorn shrimp as well and it was cold. What was I going to do with a hot biscuit and everything else cold? Normally I would've gone and asked for hot food but a few charter buses pulled up and it got busy with kids.

I had a very good experience. The service met expectations, but the food was great it came out fast it was fresh the chicken sandwich was thick and crispy the sauce amount was ideal and I even got some extra fries. Well done

Extremely fast service, very friendly, delicious and generous amount, what more can you ask for? :) only thing I would say is that a customer dirtied the floor and looked not so great.

Skip it and go somewhere else. Filthy dirty, employees are disheveled, the food is aweful.

Waited 30 minutes just to get the wrong food. Demanded a refund and waited another 20 minutes and left. Wasted my time. We were the first ones there until it got busy. The cashier was giving me attitude and telling me why I didn't tell her earlier about the food. Uhm cause I was waiting for you to call my name? Don't come here and just go to subway.
