Poor Richards Pizza - Springville

Booked a table here and the lady we booked with was friendly. When we went in that evening the staff were not really present. Did not check in etc. There is a small arcade at the back of the restaurant and it kind of felt more like an arcade than a restaurant. The pizza...I have never had a pizza like it...not in a good way. It was edible but not something I would want again. There is really no excuse for the dough that is used. The recipe needs a serious rethink.

Horrible business owners and pizza. If you really like or know pizza. Don't go here. They put all the toppings in the middle of the pizza. I asked them on instagram why they did this and they deleted my comment. They try and hide how bad the pizza is. So if you want god pizza. Don't go here. It's horrible Another sad restaurant to add to the small list of Springville.

We've been eating at the original Poor Richards since the 80s. Always loved it. Were happy to see one open in Springville where we live. It was good at first but has gone downhill fast. Ordered 4 pizzas for a birthday party today. They forgot to make the 2 cheese pizzas. And the ones they gave us . . Two had gross, lumpy weird tasting cheese. The staff was rude and not helpful in the least. Pretty sure they won't last

.so all of a sudden they are charging a service charge on every order .... Even if you pay cash ! The prices are already extremelyHigh , you expect to pay a little more here because of the location of the town , but the prices are very high especially for the quality ..... but now with this "service charge " , what is it for ?? Good question , I asked what is was for and they said the computer system "just does it " and there was no way to change it ....sounds like the owner is trying to scam us springville residents , beware of this place

Visited Springville location a few months back and had high hopes. The location is beautiful, but the food was lacking. It's also very expensive for pizza. 2 pizzas came out to $75 and the pizza was just warm. Not hot. Pretty disappointing.

Way overpriced for what you get. I got a cocktail which they charge as if there located in L.A lol. Not only is it way overpriced but it's also a weak drink in fact I don't know if there was any alcohol in it at all. The only plus is, I think my kidneys enjoyed it because it was straight cranberry juice. As for the pizza it's over priced as well especially for what your getting. Which is basically a cracker with tomato paste and a few toppings sprinkled on top. Coming from an Italian household this pizza makes me want to cry lol. If they served wood burning oven pizza with quality toppings then yes it would be worth $30.00 but sad to say it is not

Worst Pizza I have ever had. Dry, almost tasted stale. I could taste the raw flour on the crust. Will never order again.

If I could give 0 stars I would this was the worst pizza I ever had in my life. The quality of dough and the quality of ingredients was gawd awful. The dough wasn't even cooked all the way and there was maybe a pinch of cheese on the whole large. I ordered a half pepperoni pizza and half chorizo pizza. My pizza was 90% doughy bread. I love poor Richard's in porterville I go all the time this was just terrible. I also ordered habanero wings and it was just all chicken wing barely any sauce. I spent $55 when I shoulda went to Little Caesars and bought a pizza for $12 instead.

We hadn't ever been to Poor Richards Springville until now. It was a wonderful evening. The Service was perfect and the Pizza was the same delicious quality pizza that I and my Family have come to love for the past 40+ years in Porterville. We've ordered from Strathmore Poor Richards several times takeout and it's been great also. We live in Springville and don't have many choices when it comes to dinning out and were fortunate and happy to have this Poor Richards location in Springville. We will be back soon. Thank You

One of those awesome places that mistakenly believes it's honest and good customer service to charge vegetarians $11 for a salad with 3-5 kinds of meat on it they can't eat. Refuses to budge because at this establishment the customer is always wrong. Lots of people limit meat because of health concerns (heart disease, high blood pressure, MS). At this place we are all SOL. Also our pizza was burn to a crisp. It's worth the time to drive to town to Round Table.
