Plan B Taphouse

I stop in here whenever in the area because I love craft beer and this place usually has a decent menu. Stopped in with my lady and shared 4 little 5 oz small pours. Had a nice $8.50 five oz of a rare bruery chocolate cherry stout weighing in with a lowly 20%abv. Expensive but worth it. No problem. Anyway, we grabbed 3 other half pours but the tab came to 25 bucks. Drinks were 8.50/8/8 for full pours. So i was expecting the two 5 oz pours would even out to 8 bucks. Idk if it is a thing where you ask servers for half or small pours and they just charge u the full price for the pour but give you it in the small glass? Lol. Because some other place in Visalia did the same thing later. Lol. So weird. Anyways, the owner seemed to be having a bad day and wasn't interested in small talk. Pretty bad experience overall. I will try again next year maybe and adjust the review accordingly. Was hoping my girl would have a better time

I really liked everything about this place. The owner/bartender, Chris, was very friendly. They have a huge menu of very unusual drinks, although they only serve beer and wine. They also have nonalcoholic beer. The outside area is really nice with beautiful live plants, and benches to sit on and a big bandstand. They have live music on Friday and Saturday nights starting in mid April, and the bands vary. The floor is concrete and there's room to dance. I really liked everything about it except that it only has a porta potty and a one person at a time bathroom. So that seems like it could be a problem.

Oh my!!! Nice place to hang out! Not loud or roudy. Bartender knows what to recommend. Love the cat. Even if you're not an animal lover, cute touch.

Great vibe inside. Yummy beers and ciders. Service was friendly and quick. Definitely recommend!

My girl and I went to Plan B tonight and it was great. They have an amazing selection of great beers and a very friendly staff. The owner Chris was behind the bar and he was a very knowledgeable beer drinker. I will differently be back to catch a show and grab a beer. If you are looking for a good Taphouse in Hanford Plan B is your spot!

So far I'm a fan of plan b. I don't go out too much but since I have moved into town this place has been a pin to where I'd go for some moments for myself & drink with some friends or come alone & just be on my phone, either way I like it here! The atmosphere is pretty cool. Btw way too many good taps/brew so try it for yourself. Friendly service as well so thank you to the gentlemen up front. (:

It's a small place with good drinks and they have a taco truck outside with nopales tacos delicious. The environment is nice relaxing give you the feeling of your own backyard but with life music on Saturday. The employees and owners are nice and keep the place clean. No liquor but they still have drinks to choose from.

Best bar hands down in the Lemoore/hanford area. Owner is super nice and the cats that hangout are super friendly and nice to pet.
