Worst gas station in town. Not only a safety risk to you but to the environment as well. When the gas pump started pumping the gas the nozzle shot out of the car and landed on my husband's foot as well as spilling gasoline all over. When he went inside to alert the attendant of the issue and injury they had no standard or protocol to follow. No incident report, no first aid kit nothing. When my husband finally spoke with the owner of this business he accused my husband a lying and told him you know I have security cameras right. We gave the owner the opportunity to make the situation right but he refused to do so and also told the workers not to give us any of his information including his name and number. We've been in contact with a lawyer and are going to proceed accordingly. Could you imagine if this was an elderly person how much worse it could've been. I recommend you don't support this business at all.

The cashier lady is absolutely horrifying. She's one of the rudest people I've ever met... I was trying to get some gas when she charged me an extra $10 I was only trying to do five. I needed the gas for my lawnmower and she was being so rude about me purchasing that amount. The way I found out was because my gas can only takes five dollars worth of gas. The remaining I had to leave there because she wouldn't reimburse me.Not to mention she started ranting in Arabic which I know she was probably cussing me out.Worst experience ever.She should be fired. She looked around 5'6 5'7 with glasses and highly overweight.

They are extremely rude. No customer service at all. They are to busy focusing on each other to care about the customers. They don't even engage with the customer and make you feel as if you are bothering them when you ask for gas.

I used to be a customer, but the service is so horrendous that I refuse to spend another penny here. Unfortunately, the owners are some of the RUDEST people in Visalia. If you're a woman they won't acknowledge your existence and they'll ignore your questions like you're worthless.. I'm assuming it is because of their culture. The 30-something year old man who works there is by far the worst... good luck if you catch him on his shift. Go somewhere else for cheap gas because they don't deserve the business... they're absolutely horrible people. Worst part is they're family owned so we can't expect any change in staff. I've been happily spending my money at different gas stations. I cannot stress enough how rude these people are!

Different prices for the same stuff every time. Every single time we come the prices are always different for the same things. Rude people.

I love this place! It's convenient, friendly, and always has the cheapest gas! Whenever I go in, the staff is sweet and caring. It's definitely a local convenient store that caters to the locals.
